Really impressed by this app - everything just works and it doesn't seem to impact our site performance or user experience which was always my main concern. The recordings have been incredibly helpful in giving us insight to what changes we need to make and the heatmaps have really helped us realise where our visitors are spending most of their time. We will definitely be moving to a paid tier very soon. The support from the team has been great so far too!

You get what you pay for… Cheap and in turn poor recordings, can’t handle when customers scroll or change links or move the mouse, causes the recordings to glitch all over the place like crazy, making it impossible to detect any issues on your site that other customers may face

I love being able to watch and adjust according to what I see. I have been able to make my store easier to navigate because of propel. The heatmaps and filtering options are great for performance as well!
