Great app, helps a lot understand customer behaviour and bottlenecks. Also great insights on Add to carts etc. Since our Shopify Tracking is broken and Shopify doesnt help this app helped us a lot!

No option to remove customers personal data collection. This just adds problems complying with Privacy Policy regulations. Unnecessary when you need just Heatmap & Session recording to observe customer behavior. No need to know customers' name, physical & IP address, phone and web fingerprint. False marketing. Free Sampler membership in the Pricing's options not available after installing the app. Pageviews limit reached right from the start.

Customer phone, email and address are never captured, and Propel Replays is not active during checkout. 3. Propel Replays obfuscates form field inputs so information customers type is not visible in replays. We hope you'll give the app a try again.
