I just arrived and already I find this application extraordinary, then the support is directly present, to help, to guide. I will come back later to share my experience of using it, but I can already say that the support is really reactive

Easy to navigate interface while still having a lot of filter options. If you're a store with thousands or more daily visitors it's nice being able to see exactly what people are doing on certain pages, who have taken certain actions, etc... Great recording app, the best I've found!
