Propel Replay is hands down the best activity recording app available. The customer service is excellent (Tom from customer service is the absolute GOAT!), the platform is simple to use, and it’s incredibly helpful for store development and A/B testing. Even if you only try the free version, download it, you’ll gain valuable insights into how customers interact with your store!

Nice support – Das Team reagiert schnell und hilfsbereit, selbst bei komplexeren Fragen. Die Einrichtung von Propel Replay war unkompliziert, und die Funktionen sind übersichtlich gestaltet. Besonders hilfreich ist, dass ich genau sehen kann, wie Kunden sich im Shop bewegen

I really get a lot from the propel app. The heatmaps and the replay are brilliant - i can see what the customer is up to on my page. plus the support is great

I really like this app, it does everything that it says that it will do, it helped me a lot with the conversion rate on my store because I saw where my store was not converting, this app is definently worth a try!

This has been great so far. I’ve tried other apps like luckyorange where you get such a limited free time to try it out. This is excellent for a small business like mine. And they have quick support that are very likeable. I am very happy so far with what they are offering. Would recommend this app over similar ones since it has a great free trial, simple and efficient tools.
