Ease of installation 10/10 Speed and reliability of order ingestion 10/10 Tracking upload speed 10/10 Value-add features like inventory sync, rules, and order processing delay 10/10 Technical support 7/10 but when you get your volume orders up, then you get a merchant care specialist assigned to your account and the experience becomes 10/10.

ShipBob has been an absolute disaster to work with (moved over to them in March 2023). They consistently ship my products out without sufficient packaging and void fill, resulting in damaged goods and bad customer experiences. (I sell books and magazines—predictable shapes and sizes, so this should be easy!) Despite numerous promises that they will address the problem and follow very clear instructions on how to pack my products properly, they are still doing a terrible job. In addition, their interface is very slow and poorly designed. The one star is that they are fast at getting shipments out the door, but obviously, that's because they seem to toss everything into a box without any concern.

Just awful. I have been using a mom and pop company to fulfill my goods for years with no issues, but their software is really dated. So I tried Shipbob to compare the two. Wow. It's just been a disaster from day one. My onboarding rep was very hard to reach and I had to ask him the same question 5x to get an answer via email. They tried multiple times to weight and size my items when they arrived but never did get a good handle on it. The same product in the same size but a different color would come out like 2x the weight, for example. Customer service is very odd. You create a case via email and then get new emails for each reply they make, it's nearly impossible to keep track of all the emails about 1 issue. There is no way to go back and see past issues unless you keep those emails. They have lost inbound shipments. Lastly, almost every single inbound shipment is not received correctly and they are confused about the orders causing my items to be placed in an On Hold status and I am charged $25 per day until it's resolved. It's a nightmare. I'm frantically trying to get out of there as quickly as possible.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO FULFILL YOUR PRODUCTS!! I have used shipbob for over 2 years now and thought they were decent, minor issues but nothing crazy. Until one day out of the blue they told me they could no longer ship my product because of some sort of policy, BUT THEY HAD ALREADY BEEN SHIPPING THIS ITEM FOR ME FOR MONTHS to thousands of customers. They stopped shipping out any of my orders so I had no way to fulfil orders product to thousands of pending orders. The customer support is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, I found a new warehouse within 1 day and have been trying to get shipbob to ship my inventory from their warehouse to my new fulfilment centre AND THEY HAVE NOT EVEN SHIPPED IT YET! IT'S BEEN OVER 3 WEEKS SINCE I'VE ASKED THEM TOO!!! My business has lost hundreds of thousands of dollars and I've had to pause all marketing and refund orders that Shipbob could not fulfill. PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! You are much better off using Ship Dudes or Ship Monk - much better shipping and customer service experience overall. I am at a loss for words on how terrible this company is and how terrible they treat their customers and business they work alongside. Do yourself a favor and use someone else! -Riley

I wish I could leave zero stars! Beware! The damage has already been done to our business. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere unless you are looking for a shipping company that cannot ship!! 10+ days for fulfillment during the holidays, mispicked damage and lost parcels, inventory processing delays, the list goes on. They use OSM worldwide for their affordable pricing plan which still ends up being $14-20 for packages that we would normal ship first class for under $6. They claim free dunnage and packed with care but we had to submit claims every day for damaged deliveries. Our customers were furious and our customer service team worked over time by the damage to our business has been immeasurable. We are no on day 12 of waiting for our inventory to ship back to us. AGAIN THIS IS A SHIPPING COMPANY THAT CANNOT SHIP! Customer service is outsourced, slow, and just “escalates” with no resolution. I can keep going on all day with the immeasurable headache shipbob has caused. Their management is pathetic. Their warehouse employees are lazy. This company will not last if only the truth got out. BEWARE *UPDATE Our inventory was returned by ship Bob. Everything was thrown into boxes, including the glass products. We filed a claim and waited 120 days they took zero responsibility and denied our claim. Shocker. We are filing a lawsuit.

Shipbob is an absolute nightmare. I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service. It takes weeks to resolve issues that are mistakes on their end. We have had consistent issues with them entering significantly incorrect product dimensions and weights. This has resulted in customers being quoted shipping rates 5-8 times higher than they should be. To make it worse, their customer service is taking weeks to fix each issue. The most recent issue took 6 weeks, just to get them to correct incorrect product dimensions (customers can't edit product dimensions or weights). For anyone considering using Shipbob, I would strongly encourage you to look at alternative options.

AVOID SHIPBOB LIKE THE PLAGUE! They catfish you wish low shipping fees (at first my average cost to ship sat at around $7), and storage fees - however every time they receive a new shipment they give a NEW pick spot and NEVER consolidate, so you pay triple in my case in some instances.... the method of working out shipping fees magically changed after 6 months, doubling my shippings. Despite this - You cannot get your stock out without crazy costs and they will not allow you to pick up, you must pay to have it shipped at their exorbitant costs (which is the reason to move away in the first place). Customer service is awful (based in India and impossible to have a phone call with anyone. They advertise there is a chat service and number, but these are rarely manned and the chatbot is useless. I know 4 other brands who have fallen for Shipbob's over-promising/under-delivering sales pitch and all have either moved or are in the process of leaving. The biggest mistake this financial year was onboarding ShipBob. The one thing they do well is pick/ship quickly.

There is some good, and a lot of bad with this company. Good: They ship orders promptly. They integrate with a lot of different ecommerce service providers. Bad: Their shipping prices are ABSURDLY high. Shipping shoes from Texas to Colorado with ShipBob is $46. With Shopify Shipping it's $10. I cannot ask my customers to pay that much, so I have been eating about $18 of shipping on every sale. Storage - they talk about $40 per pallet and a price for shelves, without telling you how much can fit on a shelf. I can fit all my inventory on 22 pallets. So should be $880, right? But they are storing it on shelves and charging me $2600 a month. When a customer returns an item, shipBob takes 10 days AFTER IT ARRIVES, to even acknowledge arrival, much less inspect the product. Customers cannot wait that long for refunds or exchanges so I am processing those all manually early, taking the risk of damaged product. They use sketchy shipping subcontractors that leave your product sitting in a warehouse for a month on the regular. They lose packages in their own warehouse before pickup and blame the carrier. I am moving all my inventory out as we speak.

Seriously the worst fulfillment company on the planet! At first, they attract you with low shipping fees and suddenly they increase the shipping fees! At first items were charged based on actual weight, the shipping fee is 7$. now they are charged on dimensional weight! An magic wand shipping costs like $70!!!! How ridiculous is that!!! Their US shipping fee is a lot higher than direct ship from China. 17USD for 300G , I do not know how many business can be profitable on this. Shame!

The app is only as good as the company behind it and in this case the company is rotten to the core. They can't do the fundamental aspects of shipping right. It takes 5 days for them to take inventory in and they use the cheapest most unreliable shipping subcontractors. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. The kind where you get 4 emails back from 4 different people each indicating that they are "working on it."

I've now been using ShipBob for a few months and overall the orders have been fulfilled accurately and on time. Like any new integration for something as complex as 3PL, there have been a few challenges - but I felt like I had plenty of support from Ankit and the team and everything was always resolved promptly, politely, and professionally. I think anyone working with a 3PL should just ensure they are doing what they can to minimize errors (e.g., send accurate receiving orders, have clearly labeled products, use barcodes, have clear product images to help with order picking, etc). That way it helps to make the overall process more efficient and reduce the likelihood for issues. I'm looking forward to continuing to scale with ShipBob!

Fantastic onboarding and customer support. Lacey was absolutely amazing to work with and greatly helped us navigate the transition as we had some complex logistics issues internally. By far the most fair pricing I found after getting quotes from all the other top 3PL companies.

The app itself works fine. However dropoffs and pickups are routinely missed and inventory is too often lost. Human interaction with the warehouse is not timely. It works fine for small parcel, but as you scale to containers and pallets you will have issue after issue.

Our work together with ShipBob Ireland has been amazing so far. The app is really intuitive and easy to use. They are always there to support us with all kinds of problems that occur and resolve them very quickly. The integration with Shopify is excellent. We would definitely recommend their service.

We have been using Shipbob in our US operations for over a year now and we recently made the decision to move the rest of our global fulfilment operations over to them too as we were so impressed with the service. Shipbob was very easy to install and has been a speedy and reliable way for us to process orders for our customers across the globe. The tracking and reporting on the order process gives me everything I need to check on each individual customer order and I am looking forward to making use of the custom features like processing delay and gift notes in future. The customer service so far has been very prompt and helpful - the team are very kind, friendly and always happy to help. I thoroughly recommend moving over to Shipbob for your fulfilment needs.

We have been using ShipBob now for over 12 months and the most impressive thing has been how well it integrates with Shopify and Gorgias making both the processing of orders and handling of customer support inquiries and returns extremely easy saving us considerable amounts of time. Recently we also started selling on Amazon and the process of integrating with Amazon FBA and replenishment of inventory is also very simple and automated. If we ever had any questions or concerns about our implementation or process Ankit has been very efficient and responsive in helping us with any of our questions.

I recently started using Shipbob for my e-commerce business and I have been blown away by the ease of installation, seamless integration with Shopify, and excellent customer service. The team, specifically Ankit Gupta and Mike Rottar, made the whole process extremely easy and enjoyable. But what really sets Shipbob apart is the speed and reliability of their order ingestion. I have noticed a significant improvement in my fulfillment times and I have complete confidence that my orders will be processed accurately and efficiently. ShipBob is lightyears ahead in terms of accuracy, reliability, and responsiveness compared to our previous 3PL. We used to have a fulfillment center that made constant errors on shipments, rarely responded to our queries, and lost many of our packages. ShipBob is almost the complete opposite. Their team is very responsive to requests and transparent with upfront pricing, and overall very accurate with shipments. Would highly recommend.
