Now: I stopped using Shiprocket and used other logistics partners. I thought of using Shiprocket again. For the initial few days had a good experience. The moment you face an issue and call up their customer care, I am pretty sure that their Customer Care is the worst I have ever seen. They had never changed. They don't solve any of your issues. They don't even give assurance that it will be solved. Very Poor. ********************************* Earlier: Very Poor Support from Customer Service. I have opted for a Paid Plan but receiving very poor support from them. Also, they have given list of Pin Codes as serviceable, but when I try to service, It says no Courier service available between these 2 pin codes. Because of this mis information, I am loosing my customers. 26000+ pin codes must be a lie. I have already got 3 out of 50 pin codes unserviceable even though those 3 are part of their serviceable pin code list from my pick up pin code. I am already looking for other shipping partners.

Really like this app. They have everything in one place. The user platform is very good and easy to handle. And great support from Sarika, our representative, really helps us in all technical and non technical challenges.

We are using Shiprocket and following is my experience; 1. As they say pick-up will be done either same day or next day but except one pickup most of our pick ups were done next to next day after escalation and follow-ups. 2. Today is 23rd Dec and we are still following up and requesting with Shiprocket for pick-up the courier, pickup information / generation sent on 17th and 18th Dec. Today is 7th day and still waiting for pick up. 3. Pick ups were lying ready prior to generate pick-up intimation but courier company (sms) and now shiprocket app panel showing that courier is not ready. 4. All the money deducted against courier at the moment we generated pick up i.e. 7 day before. 5. A mail was received and my request ticket was closed saying Due to protest pick up can't be done. Everything is normal here and life is going as smooth as before protest. 6. We ordered a product on Amazon on 21.12.2019 and today morning we received i.e. 23.12.2019 7. My customers is following up and saying us " Bloody Cheaters" This is all my sweet and sour experience with Shiprocket till date.

Use this service only if you love losing your money, customers and peace of mind. They are so bad that we decided to leave their service although we have paid them till March 2020 and it's November 2019 only, now you can guess how good they are. No service, they are frauds, charging money that doesn't even apply, they will call you and convince you that the reviews are fake and whatsoever and promise you to provide great service BUT as soon as you sign up, they are gone and never care to help you. The worst service you can ever experience. P.S: We gave them another try and the services were even worse this time. All they can do is loot your money and make you regret your decision of trying them. Don't even think about Shiprocket, there are other companies like Pickrr, Shyplite etc. that you can try.

I have been directly contacted by Sarika Ji , my key account manager , she has promised me a better support for issues in the future. Hoping for better and more prompt service in the future.

No positive response/support from the company even after 48 hours . I have lost my package worth Rs.5000/- & customer as well If you want to Loose your Customer + by paying your money to Shiprocket + Loose your Packet + boil your Blood + By default 1 Day Advance Estimated Delivery date + Spoil Festival season sale , Try ShipRocket one & only Destination .

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They will promptly remove money from your account as soon as you schedule an order, but not attend to any of your queries after that. Their pickup service is very unreliable. I have had to wait many days and cancel the order because no pickup staff will take your package. The customer service will not take your calls and their online chat is a joke.

Shiprocket is best app for courier facility. they offer you the best price and best courier facility. they never charged overweighted. Best for COD I am not fake reviewer from Shiprocket I am owner of SparrowQueen Clothing I have my own website of clothing and I have integrated shiprocket in my website. They are cheats. They try to scam you by increasing the weight of the parcel.. We shipped a One Piece Swimwear which weighs around 90 grams and the cost to ship it is around Rs. 54 They have created a weight discrepancy and falsely indicated that the product weighs 9 KGS? How can a single one piece swimwear for women weighs 9 kgs?? The Product - https://wear.style/products/open-back-one-piece-scoop-neck-tank-swimsuit They have charged my account Rs. 972 for this and refusing to reason with us, indicating that the time to respond to their discrepancy is over and i am supposed to simply bear the loss and accept the Rs.972 charge for a 90 Gram parcel. Avoid them ... They are simply cheating...

I am using this app and having the worst experience. The response from customer support team and handling issues is the worst, they don't care on any issues always the answer is we will look into it and it never get resolved and they will also close the issue. please go for other options that is 100% best than using this service.

Shiprocket has assisted us to ship our orders in the most hassle free manner . The App is extremely user friendly and the live chat support comes handy. Our shiprocket manager Sanjay Kumar Mallik make sure that all are query are solved.Highly recommended.

Shiprocket is basically a middle man between logistics provider and yourself. That is it.. They cannot help you if the logistics provider messes up. Their customer service is pathetic. I would suggest you to partner up with any logistics service provider directly rather than Shiprocket. If you are planning large scale operations, shiprocket will be a nightmare. I am planning on partnering with Delhivery or Fedex directly. We have more control and RTO % will be way less... If you want repeat customers and your shipments to reach your customers I will recommend not to install this app. I would have given neagavtive (-1) Star if there was a possibility. One of my shipments is showing "Out for Delivery" from past 3 weeks. Customer service executives are rude and they just say we cannot help, we are escalating and wait 24 hours. I lost more than 6000 rupees worth of orders because of Shiprocket's untimely delivery service. If you want to reschedule the delivery for the customer even though the portal has an option, it doesn't reschedule, it will attempt the very next day and send you NDR report. Even after you take an action on the NDR the customer service executives will accuse you for not taking any action on the NDR. SHIP ROCKET APP IS A JOKE. DO NOT INSTALL. BETTER GET IN TOUCH WITH THE ACTUAL DELIVERY SERVICES AND PARTNER WITH THEM.

Pros: Cutting edge tech app; Well integrated User friendly interface; Logistic charges are not too high; Daily pickups. Cons: Low manpower->slow response and action; High no. of weight discrepancies on even freezed SKUs; insufficient client support on FAKE ATTEMPTS.

Good work by shiprocket, I recommended to every one who want there product deliver fast and safe also there panel overview is very handly and easy to use for shipping and escalation . Thank you so much for give us a better services and suggestion, i also thank's my KAM sarika for helping us.
