After an initial issue I found the customer support to be outstanding ShipStation fixed my issue and the service has improved with the addition of Royal Mail since I signed up. I highly recommend this app for anyone using multiple Shopify stores, multiple points of sale and multiple shipping locations such as Shipwire, amazon and self shipping. helps to unify everything into a manageable platform with automation tasks.

It's time to write a review for this absolutely stellar app. We've been using it for one sales channel (our shopify store) and only recently decided to integrate amazon orders. We used to write out our amazon shipping details into shipstation by hand. We are saving so much time. The integration was quick and painless. Shipstation shipped the amazon orders, confirmed the orders on seller central, and recorded the tracking numbers as well. This app is absolutely worth it.

ShipStation makes the shipping process so much easier and convenient. It takes all orders from all sales channels and has it on one easy to use platform. Can create labels in batches, can group by courier type or whether it's international or domestic order etc. If you have more than 1 sales channel (i.e. ebay, Amazon, shopify) you definitely need this app! Saves time on shipping and takes away the need of having to login to each and every one of those sales channels and process orders manually.

This system is retarded, you have to manually go and refresh "update all stores" when orders come in to make sure the orders get pulled from Shopify and then pushed to FBA. The goal of having such is a system is to automate a process and not use manpower, but you still need manpower to update orders.

Ship Station is a must-have for any small business who engages in ecommerce! It makes end-of-day shipping so easy and has streamlined our process to help make time for what's important: growing our business! If you have a Stamps.com account, I recommend using Shipstation instead. It costs about $9.00 more a month, but it is cloud based (unlike having to download the Stamps.com program on your computer) and it also includes a Stamps.com account. I sync it to my store and download my orders into ShipStation. Once there I use the preset shipping options that I created for faster processing and I can batch my orders to print all at once. It keeps track of all orders processed and shipped and sends emails to customers with tracking information. You also get the best discounted rates with Shipstation. This system is a joke. Was told upgrading would help, and it removed all video tutorials. Went to chat, they're closed for a company wide meeting. Had promised to bulk ship all my orders to customers this weekend and the system is nothing but error messages about halfway through. Absolutely atrocious. Planning on cancelling my service immediately. Update #1: Stars upgraded. Videos are still available, just in an area I didn't know about. This falls on me, and me alone. David reached out to me quite quickly after normal return to business. After a short description of my experience so far, he got me setup to get some assistance through one of their shipping professionals. Will update later for an overall fair review.

ShipStation has been a lifesaver for us. As Ugmonk has grown over the years, we were getting buried in orders and having trouble keeping up on the fulfillment side of things. We've been using ShipStation for years and it's save us so much time. I love the automation and batch processing features. Also, works great for international orders and auto-fills the customs info. If you aren't using ShipStation, there's a good chance you are wasting quite a bit of time. Highly recommend for stores of any size.

What would Fringe Sport do without ShipStation? Probably ship a lot slower, at higher cost, and with more stress! We've used ShipStation for years and the product keeps getting better- and is still very low priced for the efficiencies and experience it delivers. On the fence? Super Happy with Shipstation! Currently have it connected to handle my USPS shipments and get a nice discount on those labels. Also have my Printful account connected and it was easy to set-up rules in Shipstation so that I can still see all the orders while letting the print on demand stuff happen on the Printful side.
