We have been using this since moving over to Shopify. Pair this with a thermal printer to greatly improve order processing times!

Can not click on HELP with out it logging me off to log back in so we have no way of Fixing a uploading error for Etsy. We get this Error: An error occurred attempting to update orders: receipts is not a valid value for Int32.

Works when it works, but the shipstation connect is not good, the postage is not cheaper, the app is worthless, you can't do anything if not at the office. More time spent fixing stuff that was working then it saves

ShipStation has given me 40+ hours a week back! My only regret was not finding them sooner. LOVE, LOVE Ship Station. EZ interface, ez to setup and seamless to use. If in doubt, give them a try! I've used them for quite a few years and always been thrilled.

My experience with Shipstation has been absolutely awful. I have used them for almost a year now and I continually run into issues where ship station connect doesn't work, my password is wrong and it locks me out even though I never changed it, it does not give me the cheapest rate and tries to sell me on the most expensive, it does not sync even though I hit the sync button, etc. I do around 1,000 orders a month and ship station has been a massive pain in the ass. If management is reading this, stop lying to people and letting them think that your company is some wonderful 'shipping nirvana' as you advertise. All you really are is an annoying middle man that just happened to get good rates with USPS. That's literally it.

I have been a loyal Shipstation user for almost 3 years now. Recently, all the features that I loved about Shipstation stopped working correctly. The main features I used from these app was to process my Shopify orders through Amazon Multichannel Fulfilment but recently it stopped moving the orders to Shipped Status leaving it in pending fulfillment never uploading the tracking numbers. I see many others complaining about this problem also. I now have 100's of customers emailing me every week asking for their tracking numbers because Shipstation is no longer functioning correctly. Now this app sucks and creates more work for me that it would be for me to process my orders without this software! Like I said it used to be great but recently the features I used it for stopped working correctly. I contacted customer support, it has been over a week now since I contacted them about my issue and it has still not been fixed. They told me that the escalated my claim to a developer and that it will take a while for them to get back to me with no ETA on when this could be fixed, which is just great! I don't have a long time to wait, I need to process my customer's orders NOW! Not in a few weeks... Plus in the meantime they want me to continue to pay for their app while it doesn't even work properly for me. I will be finding a new way to handle all my shipments my moving forward because I need a company that cares about me and my customers.

Shipstation is amazing REALLY!! It is easy to set up and understand, can print an order so fast and it's so simple!

Until Shipstation we were using multiple platforms to fulfill (eBay, Shopify x 3, Walmart, etc. It was getting out of hand. Shipstation has saved us. It is reliable, fast, and the consolidation and simple workflow has saved us a huge amount of time and improved our fulfillment quality and turnaround.

If I couldn't figure out how to use this app on my own, I would have given it 1 star. Shortly after signing up, I got an email telling me who my account manager was. During the process of installing the app and changing the different parameters to meet my store's needs, I had several questions. I tried calling the account manager several times, and never once did he answer his phone, so I emailed him and only got one partial answer from him 2 days later. All subsequent emails have been ignored and gone unanswered. I was basically left to figure everything out on my own or do Google searches with my questions. I have one question that I can't find the answer for and my account manager absolutely WILL NOT respond to me. If you're fairly decent about figuring things out on your own, you will probably like this app. If you need support from ShipStation, forget it. It does not exist. In fact, it's horrible and I would never recommend this app because of that. At this point, I am not 100% sure I will keep this app after my trial period is up.

We're using this app for Wicked Good with great results. It's easy to set up. It saves us so much time, it's like having another person in shipping. I can print 100 pick tickets and shipping labels in 10 minutes. I also like that I can customize the tracking page, set up different profiles and customize tags and rules. It's powerful, but simple to set up and use. I also really like the end of the day batch report and option for the PO to scan from my phone vs having to print a report. After an initial issue I found the customer support to be outstanding ShipStation fixed my issue and the service has improved with the addition of Royal Mail since I signed up. I highly recommend this app for anyone using multiple Shopify stores, multiple points of sale and multiple shipping locations such as Shipwire, amazon and self shipping. helps to unify everything into a manageable platform with automation tasks.

ShipStation makes the shipping process so much easier and convenient. It takes all orders from all sales channels and has it on one easy to use platform. Can create labels in batches, can group by courier type or whether it's international or domestic order etc. If you have more than 1 sales channel (i.e. ebay, Amazon, shopify) you definitely need this app! Saves time on shipping and takes away the need of having to login to each and every one of those sales channels and process orders manually.

This system is retarded, you have to manually go and refresh "update all stores" when orders come in to make sure the orders get pulled from Shopify and then pushed to FBA. The goal of having such is a system is to automate a process and not use manpower, but you still need manpower to update orders.

Ship Station is a must-have for any small business who engages in ecommerce! It makes end-of-day shipping so easy and has streamlined our process to help make time for what's important: growing our business! Their support team is always responsive and resolves issues in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this app.

If you have a Stamps.com account, I recommend using Shipstation instead. It costs about $9.00 more a month, but it is cloud based (unlike having to download the Stamps.com program on your computer) and it also includes a Stamps.com account. I sync it to my store and download my orders into ShipStation. Once there I use the preset shipping options that I created for faster processing and I can batch my orders to print all at once. It keeps track of all orders processed and shipped and sends emails to customers with tracking information. You also get the best discounted rates with Shipstation. ShipStation saves me so much time! I have two Shopify accounts (wholesale and retail) and I sell on a few other sales channels as well. It's so nice to have all orders come into one place!
