Absolutely ABYSMAL customer service. They only offer chat and email support and both are slow and typically worthless. On top of which, they don't bother to offer support until starting at 9:00 am eastern (country club hours). By that time of the day, if I've got issues with their software, my day's already shot! WHY ARE THEY SO AFRAID OF THE PHONE???? The software is largely good, but if you're looking for support, go with ShippingEasy! At least they have a phone number and are concerned about customer service. ShipStation simply doesn't care about its customers or about providing quality customer service! If you're thinking about using them, try someone else FIRST! If you're already using them, you should be looking around.

Into this app for 2 weeks now and am very disappointed in the support service. Can't call them unless we have the most expensive package. Rep is of no help. Just submitted a support ticket; we'll see how fast they respond. It seems like this may be the right program for us, but there's just no help in setting things up.

Shipstation is a must-have for me, especially for the convenience of funneling multiple sales channels into one place. As far as the Shopify app- I don't even notice that it exists so I'd say it's working flawlessly.

It does a good job for printing labels. The only thing that is not good is printing the pick list. You can only download as a pdf and can't sort.

Shipstation is an excellent shipping app. We're able to integrate all our sales channels (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, etc) and use the same automation rules to quickly print out the correct postage. Our business would be much more difficult to run without it.

I never got a chance to fully use Shipstation because the interface was not user friendly and it didn't immediately connect to my store. By the time support called me to help me out, I'd already moved on to a different app and had shipped many packages. It's unfortunate because I'd already loaded all my shipping accounts.

Great shipping solution. No issues with Shopify integration. Really allows you to manage and organize your shipments, inventory, etc. You can also tag shipments, which is useful for reporting.

We feel ShipStation is not only a great shipping solution, but designed and functions better than every cloud based technology platform that we've tried, including e-commerce, inventory, accounting and financial platforms, and we've experimented a lot. We're working towards having ShipStation manage workflow tasks that our other systems are meant to handle because ShipStation is so well built, it can handle them as well or better, on top of shipping tasks.

I've already written detailed reviews praising ShipStation, so this review is for the Shopify app only. It works flawlessly. Installs in seconds, and just about zero setup work to do. It just works.

I am extremely dyslexic, and visually speaking --the dash looks very overwhelming. That said, everything makes sense, so I was quickly able to get up and running without the help of tutorials... Batch orders, simple. International orders, simple. I found the icons very useful (hovering reveals icon meaning) and saves you time not having to drill-down into an order to see the status. I'd give it more stars, but I haven't used any other app/service so I'll leave room for potential. Cheers

I've had less than satisfactory results with Shipstation. It takes a long time for the program to enter and have high-speed Internet. The user interface is less than intuitive. Overall I think there has to be a better way, I just haven't found it yet.

Sell from multiple channels? If so, it's a must. Has streamlined our fulfillment process saving much needed time and money.

I initially put in one star because of the issues we had connecting shopify with shipstation, the orders were not importing into shipstation and for months we didn't know what to do, talked with shipstation many times but nothing, until we contacted shopify to help us and that was the major turning point, the guys at shopify didn't settle until they fixed the issue and found us someone that does have great experience at shipstation, talk about a great great partners work :). What we found out is that on the checkout setting on shopify the automatically fulfill order lines item was checked that what created all issues. We right now have connected shipstation with Jet, Wal-Mart, amazon (for FBM), ebay and finally shopify, all working pretty good. What I like most about the whole thing is that the customer service for both shipstation and shopify when both worked together is 10 stars. Thanks

Awesome shipping rates and super easy to use. what used to take several hours only took about 20 minutes to create shipping labels for about 80 shipments! I am sold and upgraded from my free trial immediately after my first day of shipments. Sincs up perfect with Shopify Strongly recommended

What can I say. This is the most valuable app we have ever used. We've been using it for about three years now. It has allowed us to track and ship packages across platforms (Shopify, eBay, CrateJoy, Amazon). The pricing is great and it is an absolute must!
