After using GoShippo for a while on our store due to there per shipment pricing, we began to outgrow their service. Shipstation is a full-service shipping application. Including excellent customer service, seamless integration, a nice mobile app, constant updates, custom tracking information, and a number of other custom features for your store. Really useful if you run multiple stores, we're located internationally so we can't take advantage of a lot of the features that ShipStation offers like their app (which can only be downloaded on the US apple store) and generating shipping labels but it does allow us to process all orders from multiple sources all from one place which is good enough for us! Hoping one day soon they will start being more inclusive of businesses located elsewhere!

One of the best apps any store owner HAS TO HAVE! Has saved me 80% of the time I spent on manually filling our shipping labels and lowered my shipping costs dramatically. If you aren't using ShipStation, you need to!

For my snack subscription box company, I've tried other shipping apps in the Shopify store from Shippo to ShippingEasy and after comparing them all, ShipStation is by far the best in terms of rates and convenience. Their platform is easy to understand and has really useful features like Shipment Notifications after the shipment hits the mail stream. I HIGHLY recommend using ShipStation!

Very Awesome app there are no words to describe how helpful this app has been for us we sell in 3 different channels including shopify and this has really help us keep everything in one place i love that they made this! and I can even use it from my phone! there are no words that can describe it seriously! This app is a game changer for us. We sell on various channels including Etsy, Amazon, Shopify and Ebay. ShipStation pulls in all of our open orders on all of these channels and enables us to manage them in one place. Unfortunately, not all of the order details can be imported from Amazon (this seems to be an issue from Amazon's end) so we continue to print out our orders from each channel and then cross-reference them with the open orders in ShipStation. If they could successfully get all the order details pulled in from all of our channels and then provide formatting for us to print the orders including any customizations and customer notes from right within ShipStation I would rate them 5+ stars. As it is, the app still saves us time and money and pays for itself several times over. Their support team is also great to work with - very responsive.

i Like this program a lot. It should be very helpful with my hemp company. We make non psychoactive extracts from cannabis and have been having trouble spreading the word because the FDA won't allow us to say much about cannabidiol. We are looking forward to showing the world our cbd crystals and terpenes with this great app!
