Chelly Bell was exceptional to work with! our onboarding process was extremely smooth and her follow ups were timely. I couldn't have hope for better support
We've used Shipstation for nearly a decade and every time there is an issue with their service (Going down for 3+ days, billing issues, etc), you realize just how bad their customer support is. The staff is outsourced and it clearly shows. We were charged nearly 3x our usual plan's rate for "addons" that were deceptively hidden and/or that we did not actually select. They refused to refund us for these unused features when we got our bill. The company is currently in a merger, so it seems they are doing everything to make their books look good, but really - it was never good.

Dan Gutierrez helped me out a ton. He was really clear in explaining the platform and researched answers to questions when he didn't know the answer, he made it very clear on how to best utilize shipstation. The platform has cut down our shipping time by a lot. My only complaint is that we cannot attach documents electronically to shipments in regards to USMCA/CUSMA forms, 232 Steel and Aluminum forms, or designate our own broker when making shipments. These are requirements of nearly all shipments these days and this should be standard. If these changes were added, I would adjust my review to a five star.
Shipstation has been a tremendous asset to our business. It is simple to ship and integrates with numerous marketplaces. We have been a client for over 5 years. In addition, our representative, Keith Phillips has been helpful, educational and found ways to improve our experiences!
So far Shipstation is working great. The highlight so far was my meetings and training with Aakriti who was extremely helpful and I was able to understand alot more functions that Shipstation offers.

It's a bit complex at the start, but overall the easiest platform for shipping from not just one but multiple platforms. Highly recommend for any company looking to ship more than 50 packages a month (due to the time/cost savings). Support has been amazing as well. Lots of time spent helping to get things right in our account and explain things I wasn't familiar with. A+
The platform, the service offerings, and the onboarding process and implementation sessions with Darren have all been nothing less than a 5-star experience. I'm looking forward to continued usage and development.

Looks like a good app but for my parcels it would cost and extra 20%!

Instead of just providing quick fixes, he ensured I understood how to truly optimize the platform for our specific needs. Have had to call customer service twice today and they been very helpful in getting our stuff up and running again after UPS cancelled their service on their end. Very thankful for the 2 customer service reps that helped in getting us functioning again.

We are loving switching to Shipstation for our shipping needs. Chelly Bell from the implementation team has been amazing to work with. She is great at making sure all of our questions are answered and that our workflow is set to meet our needs! She is very patient and helpful!
