ShipStation is easy to us, importing orders from multiple platforms. I also like that you can schedule free pick ups. Great tool for small business owners!

Any questions or concerns I had, were met with patience and clarity, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Chelly's technical proficiency with Ship Station is also impressive. She navigated the platform with ease, configuring it to work seamlessly with our unique needs. I feel a lot more confident about the launch of our new Shopify website after Chelly's assistance with everything!

outrageous fee structure. stay away cause one youre locked in they will keep on taking advantage of customers

sticking with shipworks. this is royal pain in the butt to set up and pricey compared to shipworks. Been with shipworks for 15yrs but fulfillment wanted this. Fulfillment will have to change.

Great tool for aggregating orders from multiple platforms. Great shipping rates. Customer service is responsive and helpful. You can use your own rates and their rates. We've been using the tool since 2017 with a lot of success. It has helped us scale from 10-25 shipments a day to 2,000 shipments a day.

The assimilation between ShipStation and Shopify has been ideal! With our intricate system of rules, it's been nearly effortless to create exactly what we needed. You feel as if the ShipStation team is literally right there with you if you need cordial guidance and help. It's a wondrous thing to have their tech team within reach with just a call! Darren was assigned to us, and he is the BEST! Highly recommend!

Great! Works really well with Shopify. Only complaint is orders take over an hour to import from Shopify to ShipStation, so sometimes I have to wait a bit before fulfilling a new order. Everything else is great! Super easy to set up and has all the features I need to run my small business.
