ShipStation Orders & Inventory

We had a very great experience integrating our store into Shipstation! A big shoutout to Leon who helped us every little step of the way. The app is fantastic and our warehouse girls are loving it!

Had a fantastic implementation session with Darren Dybala, who walked me through my premium tier setup, rate shopping automations, ShipStation Connect buildout, and batch shipping logic, along with a range of operational improvements. Great conversation, great guy, and a great product all around.

We tried a number of shipping solutions but none met our needs - until we connected with ShipStation. Rather than having to rely on chatbots and painfully slow chat sessions with busy representatives, we were able to quickly schedule a call to discuss our needs with a real live person. Once we determined that ShipStation could help, we were scheduled to meet with their implementation team. Yes, they have a team whose job it is to help customers setup, streamline, and learn to use ShipStation. Dan Gutierrez, our shipping implementation manager, could not have been better. He did an amazing job, helping us over a series a Zoom calls. He and his team worked with us to find the best solutions for our particular shipping needs, listening, asking questions, and coming up with custom-coded solutions to help us get to where we needed to be. We highly recommend ShipStation.

great experience and customer support

Terrible customer service and support. Does not integrate with the basics like pick ups for TeamGe/toll. Contacted account manager and she passed it off at lightening speed to tech support who did nothing after multiple attempts to contact them over a month. You pay a fee to make your business get a poorer customer experience whilst making your job harder. The response from shipstation below is exactly the same as 2 previous emails I have received with no outcome.

Gail Perez was fantastic during my ShipStation onboarding. She patiently and diligently helped resolve the issues I had connecting our UPS account, and made the process much smoother. Great support and a true 5-star experience.

There are a lot of features available, many of which are very useful. Assuming your inventory sync is doing well, you can flag OOS items, and also orders going to the same address. There are lots of sorting features and automation rules that streamline the process. The information is very dense though, almost to an overwhelming degree. You will become very familiar with the help articles.

We have used ShipStation for almost 2 years now and are very happy with it. We were working with Chelly to implement their inventory management system however we had to put that on hold for now due to a rebrand. We hope to continue with it at a later date as we really liked how it was set

Had Chelly from the implementation team. Very good at communicating, punctual, pointed us in the right direction and was able to find answers when we needed it. Still unsure if Shipstation is for our business, but Chelly was a great guide in the navigation process.

Rakesh has been amazing every step of the way. Showing me how to set everything up to receive the cheapest rates, and then taking the time again to show me how to set up live rates for customers. I couldn't have done it without his help.

Nick Whipps is a guru...very good at this shipping thing. Found out ways to save on shipping and maximize our shipstation plan. Showed me the secret tools. This guy whipps butt.

Eric is the entire reason we adore Shipstation so much. The service we get from the team at shipstation is what makes this app the best on our store. The app has changed our entire dispatch method in the best way. We went from manually dispatching orders too sending all products in the most efficient way possible. We never have issues or errors in picking anymore. We would be lost without shipstation!

Software Integrates well and Sertel Carbaquil was especially helpful at assisting us setting everything up

Omar with the Implementation Team was extremely helpful in demonstrating all the features that ShipStation has to offer for shipping operations. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process easy to understand. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend using ShipStation to anyone looking to improve their shipping workflow.

We are currently trialing Shipstation and Rakesh has been a great onboarder so far! Looking forward to working with him in the future.
