I have no words to express how professional this Company is and their staff. I have dealt with Rakesh and Poorya and it has been beyond excellent service! They actually have a phone number to ring for assistance and you can speak to a HUMAN! Setup took time however their patience and walking you through each step was amazing. They came recommended by my account manager from Aust Post as we have eParcel and Startrack setup. Well done to the team at ShipStation.

Omar with the Implementation Team was extremely helpful in demonstrating all the features that ShipStation has to offer for shipping operations. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process easy to understand. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend using ShipStation to anyone looking to improve their shipping workflow.

Shipstation has been attached to our Canada Post account - which we never use. They were hacked, and did not inform ANY of their customers. I have been charged $18,230.00 - and now have to work to get this cash back from Canada Post and my bank. Sucks you guys got hacked, but you should get ahead of it and disconnect ALL customer connections.

I would very strongly caution any store/brand from working with this company as it will put your brand and store at risk. ShipStation has a serious tracking handoff issue with GlobalPost shipments, and support has absolutely, 100% ignored it and have tried to gaslight us by calling it a 'feature request' fix. Basic operational compliance and tracking is not a 'feature request', it is a core tenet of why they exist. We use ShipStation through our 3PL. Valid GlobalPost international tracking numbers are being attached to fulfilled Shopify orders, but the customer-facing tracking links are directing customers to USPS, where the numbers show as invalid. So customers are seeing what looks like invalid tracking even though the shipments are valid GlobalPost shipments. This has created a real operational problem for us that is actively harming our brand. We provided specific affected Shopify orders, tracking numbers, USPS links showing the issue, and a clear explanation of the failure path. The response from support has been repetitive and has not addressed the actual technical question: what carrier name, carrier code, and tracking URL is being passed into Shopify, and why GlobalPost shipments are ending up with USPS tracking links. They are well aware of the issue internally and choose to ignore it. These are the types of companies that should not be in business.

No response to my support ticket for almost one month. I was excited to have both shipping and my returns solution in the same place, but the Returns setup has been stuck in an error for nearly a month. Only response is that it has been escalated to someone senior. No one has reached out other than that. Would still love to use it if someone would help get it going!

Just started with ShipStation 7 days ago, the set up and support has been amazing - big thank you to Aakriti. Lots of helpful suggestions and Ideas. Great service & I have found the webpage easy to use and has made the fulfilment process easy. Highly recommend.

I recently started using ShipStation, and it has been a game changer for my business. It’s already saving me a lot of time and hassle, especially when it comes to organizing and processing orders. What used to take a significant part of my day is now streamlined and much more efficient. The platform is user-friendly, and the automation features make it easy to manage multiple orders without feeling overwhelmed. Integrations with my sales channels have been smooth, and label creation is quick and straightforward. I also want to give a big thank you to Darren Dybala, the implementation manager, who was extremely helpful throughout the setup process. He took the time to clearly explain how to best use ShipStation for my specific needs and made sure everything was set up correctly from the start. Very good support, having direct email communications with a dedicated account manager to resolve issues makes a world of difference. ShipStation is one of the few platforms that supports our specific needs. We are also enjoying the new line up of features.

I have been really sceptical of trying this but so far so good. The cheaper rates more than pay for the as subscription - especially on international orders. I was really surprised to get a phone call in response to some questions I asked, there rep Andrej spent quite a bit of time helping me set things up to run smoothly. So far so good and I will update the review in a few months!

ShipStation so far (2 years in) has been decent. The only issue I have is why does an order made in Shopify takes hours to pop up in ShipStation? But other than that I have no complaints. I will be sure to update as the time expands.

Rakesh has gone above and beyond to help me get started on my ecommerce journey, teaching me how to integrate Shopify with my Shipstation account and my Shipstation account with my courier. I am not tech savvy so I am extremely grateful that Rakesh has managed to increase my knowledge and confidence to be able to run my ecommerce business smoothly. MASSIVE thank you Rakesh!
