Just started using shipstation. Chelly Bell has been amazing to work with and help us get everything up and running. The on boarding process and support has been fabulous. Super knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through everything and answer all our questions. Appreciate having so much support from the start to set us up for success.
RJ De Vera might be the easiest and best support person I've dealt with. I work with Shopify, UPS, & Mail Chimp, and he seems to be the most educated and capable person I've worked with. He pays attention and made sure we were both on the same page, which makes completing tasks a lot easier. Cheers to RJ.
I had a great experience working with RJ De Vera on implementing ShipStation. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and resourceful-especially since some of the tasks I brought to him were not typical for a standard startup setup. What really stood out was his attitude. Despite working during what would normally be sleep hours, he was always positive, engaged and ready to help. We’ve used ShipStation years ago for a local business, but now we’ve connected it across our online stores. The integration has been seamless so far and we’re looking forward to seeing it fully in action as orders begin to come in. Thanks to RJ, my knowledge of ShipStation was quickly refreshed, and I was able to get everything set up efficiently-even without being particularly tech-savvy. Highly recommend working with him.
This is a great app when everything is working the way it should. Labels are 20 times faster than doing them manually and it is easy to use. I had an issue with connection and although it took a while to fix through chat, Justin was incredibly helpful and resolved my issue.

For the most part it all works fine. There have been some automatic updates that have caused our local pickup orders to stop being visible in Shipstation for our shipper to fulfill. This is after 10+ years of no issues. I have not been able to get that resolved. Overall we have had a good experience, but little things like this impact how we function.

Onboarding and Implementation was a breeze. This app makes our shipping process easier by 10 fold. We have lessened our shipping rates and increased our workflow through our shipping department. I would recommend this app/service to anyone look to get an edge on shipping!
Shipstation has been a lifesaver for us. Simplifies the shipping aspect, and integrates well with Shopify. Been using them for almost 10 years now.
I was not looking forward to figuring out a new app, as it felt overwhelming going through all the information. However, I absolutely loved my experience working with Chelly Bell to get our ShipStation account set up. She made the entire process fun and interesting, and was incredibly helpful throughout. Excellent customer support. The tech support guy Dan Gutierrez really helps us a lot in terms of setting up everything. He's so patient to walk us through each settings and processes. He's so nice to answer all of our questions. Now our ShipStation works perfect. With Dan's help, we strongly recommend ShipStation to all online merchants where ShipStation can be integrated with your e-commerce store. By the way, the rate shopper feature is very powerful and convenient to use. Saves our warehouse staffs hours to manually shop rates. In sum, we love this software and its support team.
We have used Shipstation for many years and find it suits our situation well. The integration with Shopify works fine, we have no problem and its always connected. The staff are really good and helpful. The staff response has improved heaps.

I despise Shipstation with every fiber of my being. Not once have I been able to open it and have things go smoothly. I always end up spending at least 45 mins on chat with support to find a solution a wide variety of problems. It is absolutely the worst part of my day. The worst part of my job. The worst part of having a small business. I'm begging somebody to come up with a better alternative.
We’re really sorry to hear how frustrating your experience has been. That’s absolutely not the experience we want anyone, especially a small business owner, to have, and we understand how disruptive it can be when something that’s supposed to save time ends up costing you more of it. While some of the challenges you ran into may have been related to account setup or session-based configurations that need to be re-established, that doesn’t make the experience any less frustrating, and it’s clear we didn’t make those steps as smooth or intuitive as they should be. That’s on us to improve. We also understand that needing to contact support frequently is far from ideal. Our goal is always to provide a platform that works consistently without requiring that level of effort. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as that highlights important areas where we need to improve.
As a Shopify merchant, ShipStation has really streamlined our shipping and order fulfillment process. The integration has made it much easier to manage orders, improve efficiency, and keep fulfillment running smoothly. A special shout out to Darren D., our implementation manager, who was incredibly helpful throughout onboarding. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the setup process seamless. We’ve had a great experience and would recommend ShipStation to other Shopify businesses looking to simplify fulfillment.
We've been very happy with the Shipstation integration with Shopify (and eBay too, for that matter). Helps us manage our orders across both platforms.
I think it could be alot better lot of room for improvment missing alot of things i could do easier in shipworks
