Shipstation used to be amazing. It's still decent but lately they have had constant bugs, lag times, down times, stuff doesn't sync right. It's still worth the money but barely. I've downgraded my 3 star review to 2 stars. Constant login issues. Every time they "upgrade or update" their system and/or platform, the issues seem to be worse. Back for another Downgrade. 1 star. Good luck if you have an issue. Ai now tries to solve your problems, which it never can. What happened to shipstation it used to be so good, it's like they are purposely trying to give you the worst service possible. Crazy. Be prepared to trouble shoot on a consistent basis.

Absolutely love ShipStation! It has streamlined my shipping process and saved me so much time. This app will use to be great. It now crashes during each print attempt. You have to login and reset multiple times per day. Submitting tickets to directly to ship station results in fast responses but no results. This is no benefits to either party. Learn how to print labels Stationstation and stop crashing. Stop releasing new UI's and focus on basics that improve time. As you can see I have been using this app for many years and they can and should be doing better..

Horrible app, took our money for using our own courier without notifying us. VERY DODGY! Aussie's steer clear of this one!

Awesome App with great support. You can actually call them and they speak English. The rates are generally the same or better than Shopify for shipping.

There are a few connectivity issues that should be fixed but other than that we are super happy we switched from Shippo to Ship Station. Love the added functionality and most of the scale integration. Has improved our shipping efficiency tremendously!

I will update my review if the support team has a resolution for printing more than 20 labels at a time. If we print more it will skip or miss orders. we called and they sent documents for us to read regarding our printer. Do we have a printer issue or shipstation issue? contact [email protected]

Buyer beware! I am on a trial acct still and its been a terrible experience-They charged me for my last 2 labels over & over again by saying I needed more & more funds and kept charging my credit card-but even though they charged me for 1 label 3 times in funds-I never received the label-I am unable to print any labels-there was not actual label or tracking created and yet they charged me 3 times for this label and then the same thing happened with another label rt after that-they currently owe me a refund of $221.08 You cannot get a human on the phone & I opened a "case" 2 days ago and no reply or refund so I will have to pursue thru credit card company. It's really bad-they charge you all sorts of charges for labels you never get & then try to get the refunds when it was their fault. Not ok -Stay far far away.

This app has been billing me for years and I can't get them to stop. I've even tried cancelling my credit card but because it's linked through Shopify they are able to bill the new card number somehow. Do not download this app or do their free trial. You'll be committed for life.

I've been very happy with ShipStation so far. For the most part, it just works. And for the times that it didn't, some settings adjustments fixed my issues. I find their offering expensive for my size business (really tiny), but it's a situation of you-get-what-you-pay-for. Customer service has been top notch, even though I'm sure I'm one of their smallest accounts.
