The support team is super responsive and genuinely helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question, they’ve been quick to assist. The platform itself is really intuitive and easy to navigate, so getting started was effortless. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and I’m really happy with the service.

I really tried to stick with Shipturtle for a couple of months, as they promised a very flexible solution for a B-to-C marketplace on Shopify. Particularly the Vendor Sync is definitely a handy function and drew me and my business in. However the Vendor Sync wasn't enough to stick it out. I would have been scared to launch an actual live marketplace with a platform like this. The issues were manifold and constant: - I was promised multiple things/functionalities during the sales/onboarding process that turned out not to be available. Either the functionalities were still being developed, or Shipturtle slapped a $1000+ price tag for a custom development just for us (for something they said in the demo was already available), or the functionality just couldn't even be done. - Often they did react fairly quickly to bug reports or inquiries after these empty promises, but more often than not the resolutions that came were poorly thought out and buggy. - Even without the major issues - like not actually offering a shipping integration they promised was available, then asking money to develop just for us - the platform as a whole is poorly built, feels rickety and is buggy. - We were double charged on our first month. Over three months of asking after a resolution, Shipturtle showed zero interest in remedying this. After three months of bugs, constantly eroding trust and empty promises, I decided enough was enough. I have to wonder whether all the glowing reviews here can truly be genuine. Either way, don't make my mistakes. Don't trust the sales pitch. Make sure to personally test that every single thing you need for your business ACTUALLY works before committing.

We have always been available for you on call and chat to resolve your issues. - The customization is for a shipper you needed us to integrate which is not on our list. It showed that it was available via one our integration partners Clickpost - which involved no cost to you. We also connected you with them. What we quoted was in case you wanted a direct integration, and it does not work via Clickpost. We have shared this pretty early in our conversations and transparently. - All your billing is via Shopify. There is no possibility of double charging. In some cases Shopify's billing can get confusing since when you change plans - they charge both at a go and then put a deduction against the earlier plan in proportion of usage. This is true with all apps on Shopify. I'm absolutely thrilled with this multivendor app! As a business owner, I was looking for a platform that could streamline my operations and make it easier to manage my vendors. This app has exceeded my expectations in every way. The shipping integration feature is a game-changer—it's so seamless to set up and manage shipping options for my vendors. And the WhatsApp integration is brilliant! I can easily notify my vendors about orders and updates, which has significantly reduced communication errors. I also love how easy it is to add commissions and set vendor-wise commission rates. It's incredibly flexible and allows me to customize the app to suit my business needs. Hello Lootfaat, Sorry to hear about this experience. We pride ourselves on our support and have a robust mechanism which includes - 1. tickets with 24-48 hours SLA 2. Video support at any time (you just need to book a call from the website) 3. Whatsapp support and website chat support with our team We do not recommend calls since its often difficult to understand the problem on audio, and its much better to schedule a call on video - a slot is generally available within 4-8 hours during our business time. As a business owner, we can understand that sometimes you may need immediate resolutions - but its difficult to make any changes on the app without clear requirements, development and testing. This is true for any SaaS app and we try to provide clear timelines for any change or issue request from your side.

I’m not using Shipturtle for shipping, but the app has been incredibly valuable for managing reservations and syncing with our calendar app. The support team is outstanding — every time I had a question, they responded quickly with clear and detailed guidance. Have been using ShipTurtle for a month so far working with MANAN as my lead team project manager. So far communication has been excellent with him, he is always eager to help and gets back to me with updates quickly and goes above and beyond, very impressed. The service provided has been very reassuring coming from another marketplace provider, Webkul which I had an awful experience with. The user experience of ShipTurtle has been great and the platform is very user friendly and will be easy for sellers to use. Hoping to launch my marketplace soon, just waiting on a few updates about the returns process and finalising that with the team then should be good to go :) Look forward to seeing how the platform operates once I launch :)

We hired Shipturtle for custom work and paid a lot, but after more than three months the app still doesn’t work properly. It’s full of bugs and has caused us more problems than solutions. We asked for a refund, but they refused. Thankfully, we paid through Shopify and have a signed contract, so we’re taking it up with them now. Just a very frustrating experience overall.

We have been using Shipturtle for a few months now, and it has already made a huge difference in how we manage vendors and customers. Both the vendor login and merchant login are straightforward and intuitive, which makes the day-to-day experience seamless for everyone involved. The white label and branding features are also excellent. Our partners log in and immediately feel like they are in our own ecosystem. It gives a professional and polished look without requiring extra work on our side. We switched from Webkul and Garnet because those platforms felt fidgety and overly complex. Shipturtle has been the opposite. It is clean, reliable, and easy to use. We are especially excited about how smooth the onboarding process will be for our customers as we continue to grow. Shipturtle has simplified operations in a way that lets us focus more on building our business and less on backend headaches. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a customizable and dependable vendor management platform.

We recently migrated our multi-vendor marketplace to Shipturtle after struggling with limitations in another app. Their team has been extremely responsive and committed to helping us solve complex shipping and pickup requirements that other apps couldn’t handle. At first there were multiple functionality issues in at least 4 of their add on features that took weeks to fix. But once the issues were resolved the platform itself is flexible and powerful — shipping profiles, hyperlocal delivery, and vendor management are well thought out. Their customer support team is very accessible over WhatsApp, which makes communication fast and personal.

I cancelled my subscription and even received a confirmation email, yet they continue charging me. I’ve emailed them multiple times with no response. Completely unprofessional, still being billed after cancellation is unacceptable. Not recommended at all.

Hello! Apologize for your experience and the delay in replies. We had some changes in our internal processes which lead to the missed emails. Just as a clarification, the amount is charged by Shopify as per their billing policy. Once an app is uninstalled, Shipturtle cannot raise a charge at all (just like any other app on Shopify). We have replied to you on email and also taken steps to allay your problem. Please let us know in case there is still anything missing.

I have a few things to mention. 1. Support did not get back to me for a few days when they tell you within 24 business hours. I needed their support because they wrote some of the coding wrong and needed it fixed as customers could see the mistakes. Another thing they told me is it was better to join Whatsapp just to get faster support? Who does that? So strange. I'm not downloading another app just to get faster support when it should be already built into your store database. 2. The base price gives you some things but if transitioning to a multi-vendor marketplace, the price goes from the base price to another $30-$45/month. 3. Only being able to add a 20 MB file document or tack on another add on monthly fee is ridiculous. It's barely any storage. I switched to a different company which is a better fit for my company and provides a more seamless experience overall.

Hello! Sorry to hear your experience. It seems you took a demo with us and have some reservations. Please find our replies below - 1. We are generally pretty fast with replies on email as well as whatsapp. We gave you an option for whatsapp chat since its quicker than email. In case you are not comfortable with it, it is not necessary to join. We do support on email and website chat regardless. 2. The pricing is published on the website and on the app. We also have a 14 day free trial so that you know what the solution will finallly cost. 3. The 20 mb limit is per document. In most cases customers attach images which are under that limit. For digital files, we do support documents as large as 1 GB and beyond, but we charge for server space in such cases. We have tried Webkul's solution (too complex, non-existent support) and Puppetvendors (great support, limited functionality) before we adopted Shipturtle. Overall, it's been very good but there have been - and remain - many ongoing functionality bugs that need to be removed from their system. So I won't sugar coat that some big technical bugs exist and are negatively impacting my business repeatedly, but Shipturtle's solution is overall the best compromise between absurd complexity (Webkul) and outstanding customer service (Puppetvendor). Shipturtle's support is honest and near-realtime in most cases, and we've solved many problems together. I am confident we will continue to find more problems and solve them together. What I like the most is the humility and honesty of the support team: they own their problems, admit to them, and work in close partnership with us to fix them. It's not all roses, but they're great partners and their product is overall very good.
