Great customer service! James Power is always happy to help and replies quickly and efficiently - any issues I have always gets solved. Also had some training with Alex which was useful. Would recommend!

It is indeed helpful for page editing, but it will be a bit complicated, and it will take a while to master it. Customer support is very helpful, and you can find them if you don’t know it.

Pretty amazing experience. My website went down for a day and at first I thought it was a shogun issue but it turned out to be a shopify issue. Sweetan, who I spoke with at Shogun still helped to rectify the issue even though Shogun had no reason to help. Amazing!!!

So far, I'm loving shogun. It all works very well and the support is very responsive and incredibly helpful! I'm stoked to keep creating better and better pages with Shogun. There are so many things that shopify and our theme were incapable of, that Shogun provides a perfect workaround for. I can't recommend Shogun highly enough if you want custom, gorgeous pages for your site.

Shogun support got right back to me when I emailed them about and issue I was running into with integrating with Klaviyo, and they quickly helped me resolve it. Typically Shopify apps don't have great customer service, so I was pleasantly surprised by their quick and helpful response!

I have to say, I was really impressed by their quick response and willingness to go above and beyond to resolve my issue. Easy to use app with a very good entry-level paid plan for the platform. I use it to complement my Shopify theme and fill in the gaps where it lacks
