Good app but there's some basic functionality missing. Not being able to have 5 evenly-spaced columns is frustrating. Edit: A+ For customer service, After leaving the above review customer service reached out before I had even finished the current task with a workaround.

Thanks for leaving us a review. I am happy to hear that you find Shogun to be a good app. However, I can also understand your frustration while not being able to create 5 equal columns. This is due to how the grid-based layout system works in page design. Shogun's column element is based off a 12-column system that is an industry-standard. This means odd column numbers that do not divide equally into 12 can not be equally spaced. However, I was trying to locate a recent conversation about this request and I wasn't able to. We could have definitely shared more information and a workaround that may have helped to achieve this. I am reaching out to you via email and will look forward to hearing back from you. The APP is quite versatile. It is able to do almost everything about page design. The support team is amazing! They always reply quickly and solve the issue effectively.

Very responsive and helpful tech support. The great support is the only reason I have used Shogun as long as I have. Only reason I didn't give Shogun 5 stars is because of the pricing. They need to have an option in-between their Build and Measure pricing options. I need more than 25 pages but I need nowhere near 250. So makes no sense for me to step up to the $150 a month subscription price for 250 pages but I will have to find another page builder app soon that will allow me more than 25 pages at a reasonable price point.

We have been using PageFly until we ran into some site speed issue and decided to try this app. Although the drag and drop option is slightly easier than that of Pagefly, overall features are pretty much the same and won't explain the price difference. However, the worst part is that in our mobile version visitors cannot click on the products and our ticket has been left unattended for a week now, and counting. No one responds to even multiple update requests--let alone a solution. From the onboarding agent to support agents, all the parties are included in all 3-4 mails and no one cares to answer or write a word about it. We receive 80% of our traffic from mobile, and basically visitors are unable to view our products. We NEVER experienced such a technical problem left in the dark with Pagefly. Regardless the problem they always fixed it in a day or less. Just a food for thought for your decision process...

Product BRILLIANT, service AMAZING. After contacting customer service for advice navigating the platform, I was left with nothing best the best customer service you could ask for. The team went above and beyond to help me produce beautiful custom pages. There was literally no problem too big or small for the team. I will be recommending this App to everyone!

I have been using Shogun for about 3 years, it helps me create differently layout and pages freely and handy. I was updated my theme version to the OS 2, it happened some issue, but the Shogun customer service is amazing, Sweetan Mankotia is nicely, she helps me get the technical support asap, and they fixed my issue in the very short time. Highly recommended!

Made our plan obsolete without notification. Doubled the cost to just maintain the number of pages we went through the hassle of designing with the app - not trustworthy and not worth $299 / month.
-----UPDATE - Feb 14, 2024----- Hi there, Brian. I see you updated the review to a 1 star and I apologize for the trouble that has led to this feedback. I was looking at your account and I see it it still subscribed to our old/legacy plan. I think there is some misunderstanding here. Yes, the plan is old and legacy, and yes, it has been deprecated, but you are free to be on this plan while the app is installed and the plan isn't upgraded to downgraded. We are not forcing you to change or upgrade to any other plan at all. Your account, pages, and data are still there and nothing has changed. We have introduced new solutions such as A/B test, Targeted Experiences, etc, and thus the pricing for the new plan, but you can continue to be on the old/legacy plan. Apologies for any misunderstanding here. I have reached out via email to discuss this further in case I am missing something and I'd appreciate it if you could reply back to me. Thanks.
