I have changed our entire website via shogun. Their support is flawless. The absolute best app I have used! Great support! Great app!!! Beautiful tempel, easy to use!

I played with this app for 5 minutes on an existing product page. I didn't get the results I wanted and I went to delete the page in Shogun so I could start over. It ended up unpublishing the product page in my site and there is no option in the Shopify backend to republish it even though it is listed as Active. I had to call Shopify support who told me that there is Shogun code in the product page that the developer will have to delete and that there is nothing she can do to help me. Horrible experience. Apps should add functionality to your site, not ruin it.

Best support I have experienced on any shopify app, these guys are great at not just giving you an answer but going the extra mile to help you. Id recommend this app if you are looking to stand out and make custom pages/content for your website.

Shogun has been fantastic. It is quite easy to use design pages that look beautiful and achieve the goals we have in mind. Even better than the tool itself has been the customer support...it is simply one of the most helpful support services I have ever experienced. They reply very fast and always with solutions to the problems you have. I have reached them many times and every time they sorted my problem. Their service is miles better than Shopify's own service, so I can only highly recommend this product! Thanks to all the Shogun team for all the great work they are doing. I am really looking forward to see your Front End solution become available to small businesses and entrepreneurs.

Just started with Shogun and the builder seems really solid and effective ! Every time I have a question, support team answers really quickly even on sundays. For now, I REALLY recommand this app !

powerful page builder that can really help make your website stand out. would like it to have more default sections for easier customisation rather than building from scratch, but otherwise a very good app

Saving and publishing feature is so slow. Saving a page takes 10 seconds and sometimes up to a minute. Publishing is about the same. Very annoying, especially when you risk loosing all your work given there's no auto save.

I was sooooo impressed with the customer service I received when I was trying to set up my first landing page. They responses were so quick, and I really appreciated the little videos that were sent - the details were excellent! Can't wait to see what else I can do with this app!

Using this app for a while now. Very easy to create pages, lots of options of also making it look great. Works exactly as it should and support is quick and communicate well. One feature that could be improved is the slider; it looks and feels outdated and not very user friendly. We had to look elsewhere to get a slider on our Shogun pages. Another feature is the lazy load of images; I think the animation could be a bit nicer. But perhaps these are features that will get updates in the future. Would denefitely recommend this app and company if you want to create awesome pages quickly and (big bonus for us): mobile first!

Shogun page builder has been very helpful in building custom pages for our Shopify website and I highly recommend it for all your page building needs. We had a small issue with one of the elements not displaying correctly but their support was quick and fixed the issue no problem! One thing that I would like to see in future updates are more page elements.

We've had a great experience with Shogun. It's allowed us to customize our website more than the theme allows, but the real reason for the 5 star review is their support team. They are responsive, helpful and go above and beyond when I have issues (they have even provided solutions to issues that aren't shogun's fault).

If you don't want people to use a free plan just say it directly. After I install your App, it just directed me to the Payment option...LOL I have spent lots of time with your Live Chat assistant or a sale keep persuading me to purchase your plan. BUT I keep mentioning if I don't get to use your App in the firsthand, how can I decide to upgrade or not? Still waiting for your team to give me a resolution but not keep selling me plans that I don't know how to use your App yet Such disappointed and not recommend anyone to install.

I love this app. Using it for over a year. Tried other page builders but wasn't satisfied. Whenever you can't figure something out, Shogun support is insanely quick and always guides me. Can't stress it enough, just install it.

Their support team was extremely helpful and quick to respond when I was having trouble with a layout issue. They even provided a video guide, using the page I was working on, to show me what I needed to fix. Would definitely recommend!

Shogun is a great tool! Wonderful for making changes that Shopify doesn't have natively. The support staff are dedicated to helping the customer, James Power was especially good to us.
