I found myself in a jam after moving my store, I thought I was being clever in adding a new "location" with my current address... totally messed myself up! The products I most recently added weren't showing up online or in-store... they took such good care of me and helped me out to fix it all! They literally held my hand and walked me through it step by step, and even made videos for me so that I could more easily understand what to do! I couldn't have asked for better support!

Customer. Service. I could write novels about how much the team at Shopventory has helped our business transition from an old school, paper pushing brick and mortar into an online business that helped us survive during the pandemic. The simplicity of the UI but the capabilities of the software are unmatched. We initially used this as a bridge between Clover and Shopify to bring our store online and now we are launching into Shopify POS and even though we could do MOST things directly through Shopify, the customer service keeps me coming back to Shopventory. There are a few analytics and financial tracking aspects that Shopventory does outperform Shopify on so those are also reasons, but getting to chat with the team any time I have a question is the number one. It's like chatting to friends and I always walk away with a smile on my face with the interactions. I can't give them enough stars. They deserve the galaxy.

We had been looking for an inventory app for some time now that would work for our needs and this has delivered. The customer service is very responsive, Dean was great answering questions and showing me how the program will work to make sure it would be a great fit for our needs prior to installation. The customer service continued is over the top, especially Kayla & Nay who have been wonderful to work with. It has been great being able to start a chat, knowing that they would jump in to continue with the same people without having to start over. They have great tutorial videos for just about everything, visual is better than reading instructions. Being able to communicate with Loom videos back and forth expedited the conversations to faster resolutions. We had run into several hurdles to make everything function with our specific data input and work correctly with our online store, they were able to solve everything. The reports are easy to access, tracking/audit logs are great to have, bonus feature they go back further than Shopify's 250. So much information in one place has been a huge time saver. A great feature is setting up different pars for different variants help me keep an eye on everything with emails letting me know it is time to reorder. This has become a real timesaver!

Shopventory has not only been a valuable asset we've linked to our shopify account. Not only is there easy of use with their app, their customer service is TOP NOTCH! Shopventory is amazing! Having one application to manage inventory for our store-front and online store makes inventory management a breeze. The system is easy to use and customer service is helpful with answering questions and resolving issues. They provide the necessary features plus more while also providing support when needed.

I downloaded the app for linking to our Shopify, although it performed reasonably well for many things, it did not meet our needs so I deleted the app from our Shopify apps in September. However, I just was charged $2,387.00. I think these guys try hard, but clearly not hard enough. I'll be doing a charge back. I was told in an email after complaining that "Just deleting our app will not cancel your subscription to Shopventory." BEWARE! After reading their response below, I reiterate, BEWARE, they will get you to upgrade when you are 'testing' their system and you can only do this by entering a CC number, which in order to test it properly, I did. However, after deleting the system off of where I originally accessed it in Shopify, they did not process this forward. Like I said these guys try very hard, they had a great amount of attention on customer service and they were all very good with it. But customers also need to be aware of this. Because their service and product is good, I have changed my rating to 3 stars. The company needs to understand that there are consequences for doing business in a certain way. If the company amends their practice to adjust accordingly, I'd be happy to update to 5stars.

We have a growing online business and product inventory that had way outgrown our method of spreadsheet management so were looking for software that would help with this. We chose Shopventory because it had a fairly straightforward user interface, allowed for bundling of products, integrated both with Shopify and our offline sales and provided powerful reporting tools. It's been a process learning how everything works and exploring the various tools and reports (still a lot to uncover still). I have occasionally encountered small glitches but their support team (Rio, Kayla, Valerie, Mario and others) have all been very patient, responded quickly and thoroughly reviewed my issues. Their follow up is phenomenal. Any legitimate glitches get resolved and those that are user error are reviewed and clearly explained. Very happy with this product so far.

Great app that links our in store inventory with our online inventory. Has been a wonderful product to use. It is very intuitive and simple. We have had a few issues, but the customer service and engineers are always very helpful and quick to take care of the problem. 5 stars!

This comment is about the customer service experience I had with two agents. Rio and Alejandro were excellent is assisting me with figuring out an error that I was receiving. They worked through the evening and then followed up with me first thing the next morning to see if the fix we tried worked. It did indeed and provided me with the information about what steps I needed to take to remediate any duplication issues. Much appreciated.

Shopventory has the solutions for all your bundling needs. Easy integration, easy to manage stock, and most importantly, an A+ support team. They're extremely responsive, friendly, and they do right by you to get a solution for your problems. Rio and Alejandro both been phenomenal with the support they've provided. Also, I seem to have gained 17" biceps after installing this app...pretty cool!

We have a Clover EPOS and the Shopventory integration has allowed us to seamlessly integrate and manage stock quantity across offline and online channels. Really impressed with the customer support from the team, Dean, Kayla & Valerie have been excellent. Thanks guys!

The customer service is TOP NOTCH! Super responsive and is able to answer every question we have. We switched from Katana to shopventory and it was the best decision we have ever made. The amount of features we will be able to use, as well as the ease of use is great. We are still getting used to it, but to be able to keep track of all of our inventory between multiple platforms is going to help us immensely on keeping our inventory accurate.

The customer service team is fast, professional, and very friendly. They are quick to respond to help me out w/ my questions regarding the platform and help me walk through the features that I am looking for. Alejandro was wonderful to work with! I think this platform is great starting place, however, I would like more customizable features to really enhance what each business needs.

I've been using this app to help keep tighter control of our inventory. The SKU bundling feature is wonderful and was a huge selling point for me. Setting all of it up in the backend, is a bit of a time consuming pain, but I think it's worth it in the end. The reporting features are already saving me a lot of time when placing orders. The customer service is the best I've experienced from any company, in years. (shoutout Mario!) The software still has some opportunity for growth, but this is a wonderful start and super helpful. I'm looking forward to future updates and growth.
