It's a little difficult to ensure all the things are done properly

Why is there no way to customize the description in the downloadable library? My item has a lot of text and now it takes half the screen with no formatting that I cannot change. Customers don't need to read all that after purchasing

In that email, we mentioned that the product description is pulled directly from your Shopify product page, and there are a couple of ways to adjust it. Ive only just started to use this app, big files take longer to upload. I did a test order and had to use my email as a log in on my website to access the file. I spoke to Nitesh who helped me disable this feature so I can access it straight away without logging in.

What makes this app stand out are three things: 1 - excellent customer service anytime I have a question 2 - it makes it so easy to do things like make files from a past order expire immediately so that you can provide new files, change the files associated with a product going forward, add new downloads to a product, etc. 3 - create free downloads on the fly for customers

Sky Pilot was able to take what would be a grueling task of setting up digital products for our shop and made an easy integration for us to use. This is saving us precious time to spend on other projects as well as it provides our clients a way to upload their digital content sooner! Additionally, Nejla was very helpful over call going over the vast features of Sky Pilot. Pointing to me also helpful documentation to also set up my products using Sky Pilot (which I used). Looking forward to working with Sky Pilot in the upcoming future.

I wasnt sure if I wanted to upgrade just yet and do the full 400 yearly payment plan they have luckily I chatted with someone from their team and they gave me an extra 250mb! Which helped me get my first product up and going! Im now going with the full plan! Super helpful, very fast response time, and very kind!
