Sky Pilot has been super easy to use right from the start and I truly appreciate how great everything works coming from other platforms that were less seamless and transparent as to what it looked like on my customers' side. Besides I had some questions about my subscription and the personal service I got from Sky Pilot was 10/10. Can't say enough how much I appreciate them taking their time to actually help me out and provide me with the best plan. And as a final cherry on top, they expanded their plans to include more, which in itself is an incredible service. My switch to Shopify has been great and Sky Pilot has made it the easiest every to sell my digital products!

The best Digital Downloads App, you can download exactly the same files that you upload they do not shrink them or zip them. Really good support team, they offer really good plans recently, just test them yourself it is free.

I was struggling with adding some custom buttons - and they weren't compatible with my theme - I reached out the Alessandro, and he was able to help me resolve the issue. He was very nice and professional, and I appreciate his help. His customer service was top notch!

We are going live with this app today and have been impressed by the incredibly helpful and responsive support team. They helped us simplify our transition and always respond quickly with clear answers. This app is very helpful. We sell digital products and it makes it possible for our customers to access their files via the Shopify store, eliminating the need for a duplicative CRM. The best part about this APP? The service team. They are FANTASTIC. They really helped us get this store up quickly. And their manner of dealing with clients were top rate. I only hope our customer service team can operate at their level one day.

I just started using Sky Pilot, and it's been smooth sailing. It worked right away. There's a free version, which is great for my company. Of course we'll consider upgrading as we grow. Loved the live chat and instant support and just the fact that it worked right away. Highly recommend.

I have been using SkyPilot for almost 3 years now and am still thrilled with how easy and effortless this service makes selling digital items. Any time I've had a question (no matter how small) I get a quick, professional response. I love being able to see which of my customers have downloaded their purchases and how many times. The Access Alert feature has helped me to put a stop to several spambots/pirates/thieves and also allowed me to work with a few of my customers to secure their own email accounts. All in all, a tremendously positive experience!

Fabulous Customer Service!! I have been using skypilot for several years now for a fully digital download company and they have made it seamless! If I run into a hiccup, they are quick to respond and help me fix (usually my errors). Definitely recommend!

We really enjoy using Sky Pilot as we have a ton of online courses that Sky Pilot helps with sending to our customers in an easy and effortless way. The option to "mark as fulfilled" helps save hours of work for our inventory team member for free courses and the "notify all past purchasers" option helps make sending emails to our LIVE zoom link classes simple and easy. Their customer service is great as well. I had a problem that was solved smoothly as the chat option stays open until the problem is solved. This means that if the problem isn't solved on one day, I can log on the next day and can continue chatting. Sky Pilot has dramatically improved the online course department of our business. Thank you for offering a great service.

The Sky Pilot team have been great with helping me manage my downloads in store. Going so far as to assist me with the transfer of all of my data and re-link it to my new store, aswell as helping me customise my accounts downloads area. The product and team have been a a huge help and I would highly recommend it to any digital product seller.

I found an app with unlimited storage, orders, and downloads for only $9.99/mo compared to the $125/mo that this app costs and even that doesn't include unlimited plan. Otherwise, it's a good app. Just too expensive compared to others.

Sky pilot and the sky pilot team First I'll talk about the team. I started messaging sky pilot for customizations in the app that suits my website, and a cooperative, lovely, smiling, professional team welcomed me. They quickly understood my needs and started implementing them straight away. I also owe Alessandro a special thank you for all his perfect assistance and for having the time to listen, meet and implement. The team is so aligned to their business values, to assist businesses to the digital world. As for the app itself, it is so easy to use, it has an easy interface.
