No system or program is completely perfect and without flaw, but despite some very unique bumps in the road that initially stumped Sky Pilot, I have been impressed by their determination to troubleshoot any issues we have encountered and resolve them. I had the greatest experience with customer service (thanks Alessandro) who had to manually fix a very difficult and unusual DNS problem for me. He was willing to try everything until the problem was solved! I felt like I was being cared for as a customer and against all odds, had a fun chat with him as well. I'm very pleased with the app otherwise too! The email customization tools are exactly what I need, the storage size is good value for the money and it's very easy to add files to existing products in the shop.
