If I could give 10 stars, I would! I've used quite a few Shopify apps to enhance my online store, but none have come close to the level of service and customization that this app offers. I have been with them for over 2 years. I was hesitant at first becuase of the importance of our designs needing to be delivered. I can honestly say that I have had no problems in that time. Just recently this company was purchased by a new owner around October of last year. I have to say the customer service was a great experience today. A special thankyou to Nejla for all the help. I’ve been using this app for five years and it has worked flawlessly. The two times I had a problem it turned out that it was something on my end that I had done wrong. The support is excellent and so quick. One time I contacted them around midnight, expecting to get a response the next morning. They responded immediately! I am very happy with how easy and effortless this app makes selling digital items. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and support. Look here, before you start your webshop journey! I was searching for a way to automatically "Stamp" my physical Giftcards - with relevant reference numbers. I couldn't find any solution, so I wrote on the forums. Within a few minutes, Alessandro from Sky Pilot commented and told me about their service. He provided a free call and explained everything. Powerful, and easy to use Shopify App for digital contents. It's secured, and pumping out feature updates quick. Also with highest tier, it has ability to self host your file in your own AWS S3 Bucket, and CloudFront CDN. If you encounter any issues, you can contact support and they will respond promptly.
