We really enjoy using Sky Pilot as we have a ton of online courses that Sky Pilot helps with sending to our customers in an easy and effortless way. The option to "mark as fulfilled" helps save hours of work for our inventory team member for free courses and the "notify all past purchasers" option helps make sending emails to our LIVE zoom link classes simple and easy. Their customer service is great as well. I had a problem that was solved smoothly as the chat option stays open until the problem is solved. This means that if the problem isn't solved on one day, I can log on the next day and can continue chatting. Sky Pilot has dramatically improved the online course department of our business. Thank you for offering a great service.

The Sky Pilot team have been great with helping me manage my downloads in store. Going so far as to assist me with the transfer of all of my data and re-link it to my new store, aswell as helping me customise my accounts downloads area. The product and team have been a a huge help and I would highly recommend it to any digital product seller.

Sky pilot and the sky pilot team First I'll talk about the team. I started messaging sky pilot for customizations in the app that suits my website, and a cooperative, lovely, smiling, professional team welcomed me. They quickly understood my needs and started implementing them straight away. I also owe Alessandro a special thank you for all his perfect assistance and for having the time to listen, meet and implement. The team is so aligned to their business values, to assist businesses to the digital world. As for the app itself, it is so easy to use, it has an easy interface. I couldn't have found something better than that. Thank you so much Sky pilot. Keep it up. I would sure recommend them to anyone

The app is very useful if you sell digital products since Shopify doesn't have its own way of doing this. Also, since we first started using the app 5 years ago, it's been updated and upgraded for better user experience. And the customer support team is VERY responsive, which is, of course, one of the most important things about any app one uses with their Shopify store. I've been working with Alessandro recently and he's awesome. Helped us fix some glitches we found in Safari, etc. and also very helpful about a recent update we did in the SkyPilot theme. Thanks Alessandro!

I am new to Sky Pilot to use for customers to download my embroidery files. The set-up has been VERY user friendly! I had a question about Customer Account Integration and was able to reach customer service on a weekend. Allesandro was so informative and was to help right away. Excellent customer service and fabulous app that I am thrilled to add to my website! For sure recommend adding this app for any digital files for download.

Easy to use, customer service is amazing. Very thankful that my customers can now set up accounts and see all of their past purchases. This app pulls in past purchases, so my customers can see things they bought a year ago, even though I just got this installed. Very happy!

This app was exactly what we were looking for when we built our online store. We offer online courses that include streaming video and downloadable documents. It was easy to set up with great features inside the app. When we've needed to reach out for support, we've experienced quick and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend Sky Pilot.

The Sky Pilot app is the most reliable and trustworthy app I've ever encountered. If I've ever had an issue it's due to user error, and that was once about 3 years ago. I've been relying on this app for digital delivery services in my store for approximately 5 years now and have NEVER had issues from customers or my end. My customers have reliable delivery, easy access to files, customer account login that's seamless and I have a backend that provides me with all the information I could require. The enhancements that Sky Pilot has provided over the years have been seamless, to the point where I don't even notice a change has been applied unless it's visual. I have easily accessed new features for enhancing my experience and haven't even encountered a bug. I recommend Sky Pilot to all individuals looking for digital content delivery upon customer purchase.

Sky pilot is awesome to work with! They deliver our digital downloads flawlessly, and integrate with customer accounts so that our customers can login and see a full list of their past purchases. Our last digital download delivery app could not do this, and it makes for a much better customer experience. Highly recommend sky pilot if you sell digital downloads.

Die App funktioniert wie es soll, und bei Probleme ist man bei dem Kundenservice sehr gut aufgehoben und es wird einem sehr schnell geholfen! Auch bei Vorschläge und Verbesserungen wird ganz schnell reagiert - innerhalb einer Woche wurde ein neuer Button mit "Produkt bereits erworben" implementiert! Mehr Kundensupport und -offenheit kann man nicht erwarten!

I needed a fast app that would let me move forward quickly to restore a site I had taken a sabbatical from and upon return, the digital file product links were all stripped. SkyPilot IS IT. I was able to upload all my files and spend time with many products in restoring them for my customers and on the first day, my customers returned to shop. That's how well this APP works! Customer Service is excellent and always ready to help. Thank you SkyPilot!
