I recently upgraded from Shopify's free app to Sky Pilot. The experience has been excellent! Not only is the functionality top notch, but their customer service is outstanding. They are very responsive and have never failed to answer my questions.

I create and sell digital machine embroidery designs and cut files, so I need a good download app. I switched to Sky Pilot, on the recommendation of a friend who also uses SP on her site, after my website 'exploded' (in a bad way) while using another company's app. Not only was I able to fix the download issues on my site, but I was able to load over 2000 previous purchases back into my customer's accounts! the UI is super simple to navigate, and tech support is amazing! I should have started off with Sky Pilot 3 years ago, I could have saved myself a ton of hassle over this past weekend. If you sell ANY sort of digital files, you NEED Sky Pilot.

I absolutely love Sky Pilot for my digital file delivery to my customers. The improvements that Sky Pilot has made since I started using it have made my tasks of uploading files so much easier. I could have sworn I had written this already, so I'm doing it now. Sky Pilot is by far the most important tool in our kit. We deliver 1000's of digital products each month, and we'd have a heck of a time doing it without Sky Pilot. It is so simple to create the product and add the attachments. We use this product all the time to do pre-sales. Adding attachments to a product after a sale give all the customers who purchased access to those videos, not just the ones who order after a change. Integration is tight with our store and they're support is fantastic. They've been able to help us with our issues, even pointing us in the right direction with other apps that were conflicting with theirs. If you sell digital products, this is the way to go. Update: They've recently implemented a new administrative backend which has made the system much easier to work with in all cases.

Literally the BEST app in the Shopify store -- I don't say that lightly. I've used a lot of apps here but this one is the most user-friendly and well-thought app I've had the experience of using in Shopify. Your customers can see their downloads in their account and it's all so clean and user-friendly. No need to zip files anymore -- they can just download from different folders! AND the ability to add Vimeo videos -- you could use this app for Courses or just add a how-to video for installing/using your digital goods. Over the moon happy with this app and hope the team makes more just like it for other features Shopify doesn't have solutions for! OH and support is so quick and helpful -- (btw You can import previous orders too with their help!)

Ich kann diese App sehr empfehlen. Beeindruckt war ich, wie einfach es ist Vimeo Filme einzubinden. Ob wohl ich vorher mit der kostenlosen App von Shopify verkauft habe, war es kein Problem alle vergangenen Verkäufe zu übernehmen. Der Support hat sofort geholfen. I highly recommend this app. I was impressed how easy it is to integrate Vimeo films. Even though I had previously sold with the free Shopify app, it was no problem to take over all past sales. The support helped immediately.

If you're selling digital products, then get this amazing app! I'm using it for several years now - it just runs, never had any problems. Simple to use and configure. Support is very friendly, helpful and effective. Certainly one of the best apps in the store.

Stop looking around- this is the app you want! We tried other apps to solve the digital download problem and other options don't cut it. Sky Pilot is the best option and their support team is wonderful, hard-working in solving any issues you have. No canned replied, or non-answers- they will do everything they can to help you! I decided to use this app to sell my first online digital course. What I love about this app is: 1. Their customer service is really quick to response and very helpful 2. The reason why I picked this app was because it looked very simple and clean and is customisable with coding - although I did not need much of customisation as it is very clean and easy for the customer to use. 3. I wanted people to be able to choose if they would like to create an account and this app allows that people can choose so it won't affect the sales - and for the people who don't create an account they can always access their course through the email that was sent to them. 4. Easy to view the videos of the course on my website (which is a big plus because other apps the course was on their website not mine) The only thing I did not like was nothing about the app but the video company they integrate with: Vimeo - I am not a big fan of Vimeo and find it a bit expensive. So I would have rather used another platform for my videos. So for that said I highly recommend this app if you are looking into selling your own digital course online. And it is my first time writing a review that means I am super happy!

I have been using Sky Pilot for just over a year now. I have never had any issue with emails being delivered and customers having access to their downloads. It is very easy to use. I recently updated my theme and forgot to reenter the code to give access to downloads through customer accounts. They helped me fix it and responded to quickly to emails. Thanks Sky Pilot!
