If you're selling digital products, then get this amazing app! I'm using it for several years now - it just runs, never had any problems. Simple to use and configure. Support is very friendly, helpful and effective. Certainly one of the best apps in the store.

Stop looking around- this is the app you want! We tried other apps to solve the digital download problem and other options don't cut it. Sky Pilot is the best option and their support team is wonderful, hard-working in solving any issues you have. No canned replied, or non-answers- they will do everything they can to help you! Completely satisfied.

I decided to use this app to sell my first online digital course. What I love about this app is: 1. Their customer service is really quick to response and very helpful 2. The reason why I picked this app was because it looked very simple and clean and is customisable with coding - although I did not need much of customisation as it is very clean and easy for the customer to use. 3. I wanted people to be able to choose if they would like to create an account and this app allows that people can choose so it won't affect the sales - and for the people who don't create an account they can always access their course through the email that was sent to them. 4. Easy to view the videos of the course on my website (which is a big plus because other apps the course was on their website not mine) The only thing I did not like was nothing about the app but the video company they integrate with: Vimeo - I am not a big fan of Vimeo and find it a bit expensive. So I would have rather used another platform for my videos. So for that said I highly recommend this app if you are looking into selling your own digital course online. And it is my first time writing a review that means I am super happy!

We needed an app to deliver our digital magazine, both as a standalone product and as a subscription. We tried working with SendOwl (who would not jump on the phone with us) and hit a brick wall. But Andrew from Sky Pilot walked us through the setup and specific workflow we needed. For both the quality of app and customer service we give this an astounding 5-stars. Bravo!

I have been using Sky Pilot for just over a year now. I have never had any issue with emails being delivered and customers having access to their downloads. It is very easy to use. I recently updated my theme and forgot to reenter the code to give access to downloads through customer accounts. They helped me fix it and responded to quickly to emails. Thanks Sky Pilot!

I gotta say, I am loving this app! We were using the free Digital Downloads and it was just not what we wanted - links were constantly breaking, zip files were a pain, and if someone wanted a refund there was no way to revoke their access since it was all done via e-mail. Almost half our customer service e-mails were just about links not working! I am fairly new to the company and wanted to find a better solution and found SkyPilot - I was nervous because I am the LEAST techy person there is but it seemed pretty straight forward - and it has been! It's easy to install, easy to use, and does EXACTLY what we need it to do. It also looks so much more professional going through our site rather than an e-mail. However, the real star of this entire product is Andrew - I must have asked him 1,000 questions before even purchasing to make sure this was right for us. He was so prompt and was able to explain everything perfectly. Once I installed I asked him a 1,000 more and he not only helped me via e-mail, but actually signed in and customized certain visual aspects the way I asked. Amazing. Hands down amazing. We're still new to the app and just launched it a couple days ago but so far not a single bug, not a single problem. Wish all our apps were like this!!

Great seamless download gateway! Fantastic support from Jeff. Highly recommended instead of SendOwl or Shopify Digital Products. I love that it doesn't redirect my customers away from my domain to download the product.

We installed this app to deliver our digital products -- ebooks, echarts, eposters -- to customers of our music education shop (www.roedyblack.com). We were looking for a fast, seamless, trouble-free digital product delivery solution. We have been using Sky Pilot for a couple of months now, and our customers have downloaded thousands of files. Sky Pilot has more than lived up to our requirements and high expectations. The few times we have had questions, Sky Pilot support has always been prompt and thorough. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend this app. We've used Sky Pilot for 4.5 years now, and it continues to provide first-rate download service and first-rate customer service. So we'll continuing using the service.

Ok, maybe I was wrong. I thought the SkyPilot and ChargeRabbit are the same companies, but I got now (so quick as never before) an answer about that, referring to my review. They will do the support for ChargeRabbit too, so Andrew told me. That does not change anything to us that we could not use it for our business plan for selling distributions. Sky Pilot may be can helpful for downloads, but there is the problem with the big movie storage we need, so the monthly costs go up. So my proposal to Sky Pilot is to connect other of the many paywall sellers that are available now. --------------- 1st review: We lost a couple of days to find out that it is not working for our business plan. We want to sell language learning movies as a subscription. That's it. You have no Shopify cart, it will be bypassed directly to ChargeRabbit and the registration too. Also, I get the feeling that SkyPilot and ChargeRabbit work together, there is the same support and it is the same delay. When you set up a question, it takes minimum 1 day. So we lost a lot of days, waiting for answers - most of them are not found in any description. Why they have parted SkyPilot and ChargeRabbit? Maybe to take 2 times money. SkyPilot solves a huge problem for creators of content that wish to protect their Intellectual Property in a simple, secure, safe an effective way. Every feature I needed to accomplish this is in there. I can limit access to streaming only (no downloads) which eliminates the need for DRM protection of downloaded files - without DRM I feel files are just to easy for people to copy. I get flagged if too many IP Addresses are used to access content - further discouraging sharing. And just as important, Andrew was extremely helpful when I had some trouble, and went over and above with immediate tech support.

Outstanding customer service! Sometimes its hard to find excellent customer service AFTER you have purchased a product. But Andrew was very helpful and responsive anytime I needed help setting up or customizing SkyPilot with our theme. Your help and support is very much appreciated and I would definitely recommend this product. ***UPDATE: I had to write another review. Several months after having purchased the app, the customer service is still outstanding! Andrew is very responsive and always happy to help. And the Sky Pilot app is excellent. Its easy to use, easy to set up and it does exactly what it says. 5 Stars across the board.

I've tried a few digital file apps for our Shopify store now and Sky Pilot is definitely the best. Digital Download (Shopify's version) is just too basic and can be really cumbersome to work with. The other one we tried was SendOwl and it's also fairly limited when stacked against this app. We think Sky Pilot is definitely the best for our needs. The app is great and the customer service is quick and pain free.

I am so pleased with Sky Pilot! I am not tech savvy AT ALL and working with Shopify and Sky Pilot to download and get my digital product up and running was very smooth. I had a theme issue and Andrew took care of it! Great customer service and an easy and reliable app!
