I had some issues getting the app set up properly. I contacted the Sky Pilot help team and everything got sorted out right away. So far I like the features and it is working well.

Segmedina was fantastic, patient and attentive. We work on my issues with more than an hour. Customer service as such is so rare these days. More so my product is about customer service! I would wish I can talk to her any other time. She is also very authentic in her assistance.

I am extremely satisfied with the SkyPilot app! It works perfectly for selling digital products, and it makes everything simple and professional. What I value the most is their amazing support — they are lightning fast, very helpful, and every request or question is solved without any problem. The communication is smooth, and they even adjusted small details exactly as I needed for my store. This is by far one of the best app support experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended! I have not yet had experience with this app - I just downloaded it, so I can not speak to that just yet, but the customer service upon my downloading it was quick and helpful when I had questions.

I have been using the free version of this app for a few months. It's quite easy to set up and does exactly what I was looking for. Recently, our customers let us know that they couldn't download our files on their Android phones, as the "download" button was not visible. I couldn't solve the problem myself, so I contacted support and they responded within a few minutes and solved the problem right away. I am very thankful for their help, despite me using the free version. Would recommend if you are a small business and looking to share files with customers!
