Dear SupRelax, As mentioned in my previous email, we have agreed to process your refund request. However, please note that your payment was made through the Shopify platform. Shopify has a fixed settlement period, and we have not yet received your subscription funds. Once we receive the settlement from Shopify, we will issue your refund. Regarding your comment about not receiving a refund, we find it difficult to accept as it does not accurately reflect our communication and intentions.

This bot is probably the most intuitive, helpful virtual assistant we have ever used (and we've tried many!). Not only does it intuitively learn from your site, it uses conditional logic to answer more generic but specialised questions the way a specialist would which is exactly what we are needing for our specialised products. Very very impressed and are now busy onboarding this bot onto our second website. We are especially eager to see how it integrates into our social media. We run nationwide social media ads and literally have hundreds of post comments and messages daily, so if this app does what it's done on our website for our social media - it will hands down be the game-changer we need to get ahead of our competitors. It has literally saved us so much time responding to questions; both professionally and instantly. Highly, highly impressed!

This SmartBot demonstrates impressive intelligence, as it was able to access and share internal information from our Shopify account. While this showcases its capabilities, it also raises significant privacy concerns. I am now questioning what other information this company may have accessed. This is quite alarming and deserves attention.

I love the Smart Bot, but I had to remove a star because of the monthly cost. Otherwise, it is an essential app to have when the need to answer customer questions about products arises.

I’ve lost countless prospects by using this app. They never collect any contact information upfront from the prospect. So once the chat is complete they are lost forever with no way to contact them. Further the majority of the inquiries come from VPNs run by the smartbot company, querying random redundant questions that no real human query would ever ask. I assume they do this so they can use up and waste your 100 monthly free limit chats and force you to switch to a paid plan sooner. Well newsflash it’s done the opposite for our company as we are disappointed with the low integrity and lack of ethics by smartbot.

It's important to clarify that we do not engage in the practices you mentioned, such as using VPNs to query random questions. Regarding contact information, we understand its significance.
