very basic and limited ai chat. I really hope they can improve by tailoring the ai chat to customer theme - most disappointment is the constant pop-up message. I dont know if there is a way to stop this.

really easy to set up and so far all the answers given have been spot on. I'd like to be able to see whether orders are directly related to the chatbot

We gave it a quick trial and unfortunately the bot is not very smart. It gave wrong answers regarding our Shipping Cost even though it's stated in the Shipping Policy, it also fails to detect if someone wants to speak to the support. You can't upload any documents or links to train the bot to make it smarter, so we decided to deinstall again.
