I feel that the learning time was very short and the bot seems to work quickly and accuratly with little training.

After a few days of trying to get some answers from support I have changed my rating. Yes this app looks very nice but you don't have enough control over the AI bot and it can give out wrong info and yes you can add answers to a knowledge base but there is no way to stop it from making suggesting that you don't want. And trying to get support you would think they have it, but they don't I have emails that have never been responded to. And some many questions never answered. So I will have to delete this app just do to the lack of support and questions on how to's.

Seems OK, only it recommends sold-out products even after training it not to do so. Lots of customization possibilities, and no need for the visitor to start with giving their email address.

Estou bastante satisfeito com o desempenho do chatbot! A IA dele é realmente impressionante, com respostas ágeis e precisas, o que tem melhorado muito a experiência dos meus clientes. Quanto às personalizações, ainda não explorei todas as opções disponíveis, então não sei dizer se o sistema oferece recursos avançados de customização. No entanto, o que tenho visto até agora já superou minhas expectativas. Se o plano gratuito continuar com essa qualidade, certamente vou assinar a versão paga para aproveitar ainda mais funcionalidades.
