I am so happy to say that I am LOVING Smartrmail! The customer service has been amazing! Over the top service! I can't wait to see the system in full speed, I know our business will be more sucessful. The team set our system up in a flash, made great improvements and never failed. Our first email blasts were a learning curve for us, but thanks to the team of experts they keep me calm and excited about the future.

Love Love Love Smartrmail! This might be the best Shopify app we've used. Compared to a few of the other email marketing apps we tried, Smartrmail is the most intuitive. It makes designing emails and setting up automations really, really easy, and it paid for itself in sales quickly. Their support is awesome too. 12/10 would recommend.

I LOVE Smartrmail. I have been using this app for my email, abandon cart and auto emails for over 2 years now and have an ROI of over $70 for every $1 spent! They are super responsive when I have questions and the pricing is fair. They are always coming up with new additions to the software's capability. The BEST part is the auto emails that send new product to customers. I have not found ANY other app that does this and find my ROI to be highest in this area. I used to use Mail Chimp but this is a way better solution since it allows for automated emailing that is no fuss no muss! Tinyfrockshop.com :)

We LOVE SmartrMail for so many reasons! First, it is so easy to use and intuitive. Having used the majority of the leading mail programs out there, I can say this is not always the case. Secondly, the customer service just blows me away - they are so responsive and SO helpful. Part of me does not want to say that because I worry as they get bigger and grow they may get too busy to keep providing such awesome support....but i give credit where credit is due. This is also in sharp contrast to many other mail providers out there. Third, it's easy for designers and developers to work with, even if they've never worked with SmartrMail before. We love love LOVE SmartrMail!!! Feel free to contact me with specific questions if you have them. Happy to answer them!

I've had a good experience with SmartrMail. It's cheaper than MailChimp, and much easier to send emails. I love that it automatically imports images and product descriptions. That saves me so much time! I wish it were possible to include reviews from Judge.Me, but maybe they will do that in a future update. Every time I have asked for help with something, someone responds within half a day. I'd definitely recommend them.

Works great and has all the features we needed for sending product emails to our customers. Sends automatic product recommendation emails based on customers viewing history. You can also send an email with best sellers, new products or slow moving products. I recommend this highly.

Probably the best investment I made in my shop. The follow-up emails and abandoned cart messages are a brilliant way to gain your customers and get extra sales! Love it!

Had error with the manual mails sent out to 1000s of customers the shop now button link always returned a dead link.

This is a great app! I see sales every time I send out an email. I love it, great help in email marketing and a good accompaniment to MailChimp since it has built in integration.

The app has good potential, but there are a several issues with this upfront. It is not FREE after the trial period, a huge misconception initially. There is no functionality to control what emails are being sent. So the system just sends bulk random emails to customers, rather than crafting targeted and intuitive emails that we are after. Some potential, but needs a lot of work to deliver.

It was originally a free app and then they asked for $20 to upgrade their services. With an inquiry, they revealed it was actually $20 a month. It isn't a bad app, but the fact it couldn't be customized for me to choose my own products to advertise and with it going from free to $240 a year, I decided to remove the app.
