Excellent Customer Service, prompt response all the time, we would definitely recommend them. We have been using them from the last more than 3 years now. They have been adding functionality and trying to stay competitive all the time.

Worst app ever, with the most dumb things everywhere. its too much of a headache. i accidentally pressed a button and I cant even return, my whole design was gone. The website is also laggy
Good morning Bliss Drivers team 🏎 I'm sorry to hear that you weren't able to get back to your design. This is definitely not the experience that we are aiming for at SmartrMail. All of our composers, including email composers, SMS composers, pop-up composers, and automation composers are equipped with an auto-save feature which is meant to prevent this type of issue from happening. Do you remember what type of design you were working on? (Email, SMS, Pop-up). Also, do you happen to use any plugins in your browser? I see a Brand kit (main email design component editor, applying to all future emails) that has been accessed and edited in your account. Could it be this one? Only you will be able to access the following URL, if you'd like to check it out: https://go.smartrmail.com/en/app/styles/edit/199081 We'd love to better understand why this feature didn't work on your end. I believe that our team members have already reached out to you on the day when you reported this issue, but if you haven't received their message, would you be able to share the type of design you were working on, as well as the plugins installed in your browser? SmartrMail makes sending Emails so easy linking my products automatically. Customers are lead straight to the products.

I recently changed our email marketing platform to SmartrMail and I'm extremely happy I did. Not only is the platform easier to use, but the customer service is unparalleled. During the transition I've been talking to Moe through Zoom meetings and email and he has helped to make the process seamless. Not only did he coordinate our customer list migration to SmartrMail, but he also worked directly with me to ensure all was set up correctly and that I was comfortable with using the platform. As a small business owner, this level of customer service is invaluable. I highly recommend SmartrMail

It works pretty well. The only thing I don't like is that the emails keep going into customers' spam folders currently. Hoping this eventually graduates into the not-spam territory. But Moe was especially helpful in delivering the info I need to fully grasp the situation and how to resolve the aforementioned issue. I truly do appreciate the support even though we're not a paying customer right now. I cannot speak highly enough of the support that's normally afforded to paying customers only in other apps. When we finally get a steady profit going, I plan to go to the business owner to recommend the next tier to pay it forward. Really, thank you.
Good morning Green Zebra Markets team 😊 Thank you for your feedback. It looks like your SmartrMail account is currently sending from one of our shared sending domains. While this is a good option to start sending email campaigns, it is highly recommended to set up a custom sending domain in order to authenticate your emails in the eyes of inbox providers such as Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail. Failure to do so can sometimes lead to some emails reaching spam folders as it essentially prevents inbox providers from confirming that your emails do come from you, and not from someone else "acting as" Green Zebra Markets. I believe that Moe recently reached out to your team in order to assist you in setting up such a custom sending domain. I have no doubt that the issue you reported will be fixed after this change has been applied. Looking forward to seeing your email campaign results once your sending domain is sorted! I love SmartrMail. It's soo easy to use and the customer service is 2nd to none. Moe has been super helpful when I have had questions. He has helped me set up my account and explained my stats which mystified me before.

I've recently started using SmartrMail. So far I've found the app very user friendly. Although I haven't completed set up on it yet - it's a nice feature to turn on automatic abandoned cart follow up emails.
