I recently changed our email marketing platform to SmartrMail and I'm extremely happy I did. Not only is the platform easier to use, but the customer service is unparalleled. During the transition I've been talking to Moe through Zoom meetings and email and he has helped to make the process seamless. Not only did he coordinate our customer list migration to SmartrMail, but he also worked directly with me to ensure all was set up correctly and that I was comfortable with using the platform. As a small business owner, this level of customer service is invaluable. I highly recommend SmartrMail

It works pretty well. The only thing I don't like is that the emails keep going into customers' spam folders currently. Hoping this eventually graduates into the not-spam territory. But Moe was especially helpful in delivering the info I need to fully grasp the situation and how to resolve the aforementioned issue. I truly do appreciate the support even though we're not a paying customer right now. I cannot speak highly enough of the support that's normally afforded to paying customers only in other apps. When we finally get a steady profit going, I plan to go to the business owner to recommend the next tier to pay it forward. Really, thank you.
Good morning Green Zebra Markets team 😊 Thank you for your feedback. It looks like your SmartrMail account is currently sending from one of our shared sending domains. While this is a good option to start sending email campaigns, it is highly recommended to set up a custom sending domain in order to authenticate your emails in the eyes of inbox providers such as Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail. Failure to do so can sometimes lead to some emails reaching spam folders as it essentially prevents inbox providers from confirming that your emails do come from you, and not from someone else "acting as" Green Zebra Markets. I believe that Moe recently reached out to your team in order to assist you in setting up such a custom sending domain. I have no doubt that the issue you reported will be fixed after this change has been applied. Looking forward to seeing your email campaign results once your sending domain is sorted! Great customer service, Moe was great in addressing the questions I had about the APP. The free trial is great and allows to increase the business without the burden of new big expenses.

I love SmartrMail. It's soo easy to use and the customer service is 2nd to none. Moe has been super helpful when I have had questions. He has helped me set up my account and explained my stats which mystified me before.

I've recently started using SmartrMail. So far I've found the app very user friendly. Although I haven't completed set up on it yet - it's a nice feature to turn on automatic abandoned cart follow up emails.

This app is definitely a go to for us when sending out marketing emails and sms messages to our customers on virtually anything to do with our business. It's very functional and easy to easy which also makes it enjoyable. We are especially fans of the Smart Segments functionality.

Smartrmail product and customer service is second to none. They can't do enough for you and their response rates are amazing. They are always on the end of the emails or live chat straight away and I couldn't of wished for better service. Jesse is currently helping us make changes in our account and to our emails and it's just amazing the lengths him and the team are going to, couldn't have wished for a better service. THANK YOU!!!
