Great customer service, Moe was great in addressing the questions I had about the APP. The free trial is great and allows to increase the business without the burden of new big expenses.

I've recently started using SmartrMail. So far I've found the app very user friendly. Although I haven't completed set up on it yet - it's a nice feature to turn on automatic abandoned cart follow up emails.

This app is definitely a go to for us when sending out marketing emails and sms messages to our customers on virtually anything to do with our business. It's very functional and easy to easy which also makes it enjoyable. We are especially fans of the Smart Segments functionality.

Smartrmail product and customer service is second to none. They can't do enough for you and their response rates are amazing. They are always on the end of the emails or live chat straight away and I couldn't of wished for better service. Jesse is currently helping us make changes in our account and to our emails and it's just amazing the lengths him and the team are going to, couldn't have wished for a better service. THANK YOU!!!

I have recently signed up and their site is very user friendly, especially for creating email campaigns. It was not intimidating like other companies. The customer service has been excellent as well. I am happy I did my research and chose them to start my journey into ecommerce.

This is by far the best pop up app I've found out there, and I've tried all of them. The best thing about it is that it sends the new email signup directly to Shopify so you have them in your Customer list without having to add it manually. I also really like that you can then send automated email series without having to think about it. I gave it 4 stars because some of the functionality of the design of the pop up could be expanded like the thank you pop up has to be the same size as the original pop up and you can't format it independently. Also there is a disconnect between how the pop up looks in the editor, and how it looks on your site. You need to edit it while looking at your site to make sure it turns out ok otherwise it will look very weird. Customer service is excellent.

I passed on your feedback to our development team who is now looking into making the size of the Pop-up's "Thank you" page editable. I'm expecting their change to be available over the next couple of days. When it comes to the disconnect between the editor and your site, it appears to be linked to external CSS and code affecting your original SmartrMail Pop-up. The same developer is looking into it. We'll get back to you as soon as we've located how to prevent this from happening. In the meantime, please feel free to reach out through our in-app chat if you have any questions or if you need any help with your SmartrMail account!

Its a great app for creating quick and easy emails, however it would be much better if there were more email templates for all the holidays around the world. Hence the 4Star rating otherwise its great ! As you have taken on board what I have said I am willing to update your star rating to 5*. Thank you

We love how straight forward and easy to use the SmartrMail app is. They also have great tutorial videos. However, if we need help the customer service team is quick to respond and very helpful.

I've tried umpteen different mailing list providers and this is by far the best, especially as a shopify business. Easy to use and the automations are truly awesome!
