We changed to SmartrMail some time ago (we were using another Email Marketing Integration that frustrated us no end - !) SmartrMail is one of the 1st integrations to offer Automated Product recommendations email, and their Automated Emails are really easy to create and have many features. SmartrMail is a great app offering all the welcome/abandoned cart / thank you emails automation that any online business needs - and MORE!- We hope that they will integrate with other apps for reviews and cart check out features soon - I do look forward to some more design features that would make our emails look even more polished - We highly recommend Smartrmail their Customer Support is EXCELLENT and the Pricing and Marketing Features are on point !!!

I've found SmartrMail to be much easier to use than Mailchimp and other email marketing providers! Customer service is also excellent!

We just started with SmartrMail, and so far the experience has been fabulous. I think the customer service is what sets this company apart. I have had several conversations with Moe, one of their great customer service reps. He has been very helpful. If this is the way they treat their customers, they'll have us for ever. If you're thinking about trying them... do it! You'll be glad you did.

This email program is the is the best I ever tried. Customer service is awesome. It give you all the stats you would need. They work hard to get your business and it's worth it. Try it you will like.

I do struggle with online marketing, I am getting old, but these guys make it much easier and are very helpful and patient with their instructing. Was using it with my previous website, so very looking forward to getting it all going through Shopify, love some of the new features they have added since I last used it. Great that they are updating things all the time. It has been a while since I have done any marketing for one reason or another, so very keen to get going again. Thanks guys. Cambrelles Australia

Highly recommended for small businesses. The app is very intuitive, so far it's been easy to use, the email builder is complete and they have good email templates. Also very good customer service.

Good app, easy to send emails and low spam block rate. Have had a lot of success with good click and open rates.

Great app with lots of amazing templates for newsletters - makes it really easy to see how many sales come off the back of newsletters - would highly recommend to anyone who runs a business.

Highly recommended! Absolutely 100% friendly to small stores. The premade automation and segments are really smart for Shopify. Wish there could be a SPIN TO WIN pop-up form.

Really good App and alternative to Klaviyo. Would recommend using this app for every small store, that is in its beginning

As a small business owner, this has been the most useful Shopify app for me yet. It has allowed me to easily send newsletters out to my subscribers, and they have a lot of free templates that make my eblasts look professional. I've been using this app for about two years now and haven't had any issues at all.

Smartrmail has absolutely changed the way I do business and has MOST certainly made me money. I started using Smartrmail because it seemed to be the most user friendly for a noob like myself. There happened to be an update at some point when I was not active and it seems as if the functionality exploded! If I were to give Smartrmail one critique, it would be that they add tips and hints like some other CRM platforms do. This is not to detract from a 5 star performance from Smartrmail!

Really enjoy the app, it works very well for our shop. They have pre-made templates that are customizable to your standards too, which are great for quick and easy emails during the busy season. Great customer service too! Definitely recommend them

Very Easy To Use, there are some littles bugs in newsletter, the coupon was not built in beautiful, should design coupon by yourself to make it better.

Great app, very intuitive and easy to use. No problems so far. The automation options are straightforward with lots of ready templates. It is a good choice for a small businesses that want all the basic functionality at affordable cost.

Great little app that works seamlessly with Shopify. Nice free plan up to 1000 subscribers. The automations and pop up all work well.
