I really like this app for email marketing as it has everything we need for our country clothing store. Easy to setup.

I used this app on 3 shop, very very intuitive and fast! Easy to use, full automation on cart, welcome mail and other.

Easy to use and full featured with easy setup and integration with Shopify. I love the pre-made and customizable automations, the easy to setup and customize popup signup form (with a double opt-in confirmation option) and newsletter templates.

Only the best app for a small shop to send newsletter. Free plan is great for us and have lot of features ! Highly recommended

The trial was great because you get ALL of the features of the app now that I have signed up for an actual plan I feel like you shouldn't have to pay for the unlimited plan in order to get the abandon browse automation. I just think it is a bit excessive to be paying that price to get that one feature added. I think 19.99 may be a bit much. Time will tell if it's really worth it.

Great except for these issues: 1. When I duplicate a newsletter, the size of images and border colors of buttons are different from the original newsletter. I've reached out several times and have been told to create from template. What is the purpose of the duplicate newsletter feature then? 2. When I duplicate a newsletter, it doesn't appear in the "Drafts" tab.

The behavior described here is not the way SmartrMail is supposed to work, thank you for reporting this. As mentioned by our team through our in-app chat, this issue in your account was fixed on the 11th of September, allowing all your future "Copy as draft" actions to work as expected. I switched from Mailchimp to Smartr because to save cost. I tried the trial version for a week and found that it had all the options I was used to on Mailchimp. The newsletter builder is not as neat and flexible but it does the job and you can compose fairly attractive emails using it. The automation options are quite thorough with lots of pre-designed templates/themes. The rest of the stuff is a bit simplistic but it covers all the basis for me. Smartr is a great choice for small businesses that want all the basic functionality without breaking the bank.

This app is SOOO good! It is easy to use and allows me to create eye catching newsletters. The BEST part is the staff. We are using SmartrMail for our website pop-up, a few automated messages, and our quarterly newsletter. It has been seamless and easy to use. Everything works great so far!

Great app and very easy to use once you understand how WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) works. We learn new tricks every day and it certainly is driving additional revenue we otherwise would not have gained. Highly recommend!

We use it to send some newsletters and it works very well. It is very easy to use and to observe analytics. It' s recommendable.
