I have been using this app since the beginning and I have never felt the need to look for another e-mail marketing app. It's super user-friendly and takes care of all the requirements of a business. The staff is super helpful and they go above and beyond to seek customer satisfaction via their product and services. I definitely recommend this app!!

I love SmartrMail! I moved over from Mailchimp a few months ago and it's been so much better and easier to use. Obviously the integration with Shopify is a huge bonus but also the customer service is amazing. Everyone I have spoken to has been quick to respond and very generous and patient with their time. Customer Service is Great. Few bugs when setting up templates, and blocking products from product feed could be made easier. Haven't sent any emails yet but looks promising.

User friendly and saves me time. Important to me since I have and perform multiple roles. Dashboards and reports are handy as well.

Great app. Simple to change over from Mailchimp, their support made it seamless. Simple to use with good layouts to choose form. The best though is the auto creation of customer groups and then the making of other groups to target the right customers. High conversion rates on specific groups. Ongoing support is amazingly good

I looked at a number of other email marketing solutions and after trying a few different ones, I am happy with SM. The automations are easy to use and easy to setup. The support was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend choosing SM for your email marketing.

It was easy to learn for me. I have already written some newsletters. It was very easy to add products and texts and fotos. And the feedback of the customers and the purchases are positive.

Very simple to use. If I ran into an issues there was always a real person there to help by email. Not difficult to integrate either.

the team behind Smartrmail is fantastic! I've had issues setting up the service, so my questions were quickly followed up and resolved by the friendly support people. Simply instantly through the chat! When I faced difficulties with delivery to mailboxes on Yahoo.com, the people in Smartrmail quickly investigated the reasons, and helped me out to make my business work better. They are seriously interested in HELPING YOU GROW, not just like many other services that only want your money. I am serious about this.

I've been using SmartrMail for some time. The application is very intuitive and user friendly. It has many options for segmenting customers and automations. SmartrMail has made communication with our customers a lot easier. The support service is also quick and effective. I totally recommend this app.

I used smartrmail to get my popup going to collect email addresses with an automated email so they get a discount code. Its free until i get to a larger subscriber base so its great as i start out our business! Looks like it will work great as we grow!

I am pretty new to this and used this app to send newsletters to a fairly small email list. I like the premade templates whereby I can put my newsletter/blog in there and then have places a recipient can click to buy. It's funny, I end up clicking the metrics (open rate, click rate) a few times daily to check how many are responding... Great app, great price...

I love SmartrMail! The app is extremely easy to use and did something I thought I was going to have to hire someone to help me do! I was able to set up an automatic email including a coupon code that sends almost immediately after customers sign up for emails on my website AND design a good looking email in an hour. I've increased my email sign ups significantly and my next step is using SmartrMail to send out a marketing email. I ran into a problem with my test email and customer service worked on it immediately and didn't rest until they had figured out what happened - it was my emails fault but I really appreciated them getting to the bottom of it. I would highly recommend!
