I love SmartrMail! The app is extremely easy to use and did something I thought I was going to have to hire someone to help me do! I was able to set up an automatic email including a coupon code that sends almost immediately after customers sign up for emails on my website AND design a good looking email in an hour. I've increased my email sign ups significantly and my next step is using SmartrMail to send out a marketing email. I ran into a problem with my test email and customer service worked on it immediately and didn't rest until they had figured out what happened - it was my emails fault but I really appreciated them getting to the bottom of it. I would highly recommend!

I am using it for the first time. I like it is... Easy to use and has brought me sales of USD 81 because of advance functionality.

One of the best free email plugins along with great paid functionalities, the others I found was so buggy and confusing. This is straightforward, user friendly and has a scheduler! Love it

I'm so glad I switched! I installed this app because of the break in relations between another mailer platform and Shopify. Since then my delivery and open rates have gone up! The templates are much more professional looking and I now get automation even at the Free account level. Setting things up was pretty easy. UPDATE - Support helped me with the Landing Page Feature linked to a specific subscriber list.

Really liking this app so far (been about 1 month) Very easy to set-up emails etc. I'm using the free version currently but as my business grows i will definitely bee paying for the other versions.

So far, so good. I've been using it for about a month, and I haven't experienced any issues. Its a good way to keep up with your customers. I downloaded the app to be able to send automatic emails to customers who subscribed to my mailing list; however, I was able to do so much more. For this reason, I highly recommend.

I used the free version of this app as a way to get started with automated emails with a database of less than 1000. For this purpose it was great!

The best app to use for automated emails hands down! Their pop up feature is amazing! Their user interface was so easy and very beginner-friendly. The help is amazing and so quick! I have used a couple of other apps, and this is by far my FAVORITE!

Easy to set up and less confusing for me than MailChimp. Like the fact I can see exactly which orders were generated. Definitely great app and would highly recommend.

Pretty good app. It has a lot of features. Great customer service. They are there when yo need them, which is great, and they're quite helpful.

2 Feb, 2023: apparently, these folks are still at it. My use of the service has vacillated in the time since my original review (given the fullness of my off-line life), but I still appreciate how their email/SMS service continues to remain fresh & relevant to us "micro-" Shopify bizzers. Another round of thanks to y'all! 12 Dec, 2020: Nicolas & Jan seem to really bust their humps to provide a valuable tool AND service! In the short time I've had their app (roughly 2+ weeks), I've seen both technical improvements & a nearly unprecedented level of customer care responsiveness. Clearly, these guys are OVERachievers—big kudos & many thanks for all you folks have done (& continue to do)!
