Easy to set up and less confusing for me than MailChimp. Like the fact I can see exactly which orders were generated. Definitely great app and would highly recommend.

Pretty good app. It has a lot of features. Great customer service. They are there when yo need them, which is great, and they're quite helpful.

2 Feb, 2023: apparently, these folks are still at it. My use of the service has vacillated in the time since my original review (given the fullness of my off-line life), but I still appreciate how their email/SMS service continues to remain fresh & relevant to us "micro-" Shopify bizzers. Another round of thanks to y'all! 12 Dec, 2020: Nicolas & Jan seem to really bust their humps to provide a valuable tool AND service! In the short time I've had their app (roughly 2+ weeks), I've seen both technical improvements & a nearly unprecedented level of customer care responsiveness. Clearly, these guys are OVERachievers—big kudos & many thanks for all you folks have done (& continue to do)!

Excellent app with set & forget automations that really work. I've noticed a huge uptake in our abandoned cart and product recommendations. I couldn't be more impressed with the service I've received or the app.

Smartrmail is easy to use, the automations are on point and the platform has amazing support. Our first automation email immediately spiked that day's revenue, and from there I was hooked. Great entry point for managing email automations.

Updated 11-28-2020: I have real questions about how they calculate emails being sent on my behalf! Stay tuned. I love all the automatic marketing templates! And, the Newsletters look fantastic! I'm still on the 'trial' but will plan to upgrade. So far, I have not had any sales but I feel with the help of SmartrMail, 'sales' are just around the corner. Set-up was easy and customer service is second to none. Give them a try!

Absolutely fantastic service! Support was almost instant and helped throughout the process of transferring our email database over from Campaign Monitor. They explain everything very well and help with any questions or issues you might have.

I installed this app to help us with our marketing. It was easy to install and easy to use. Encountered an hiccup and received an immediate response from support which solved the issue. Used to send our first emailing shot. Great job done. Highly recommended.

It's a great app for marketing purposes, it deliverability is off the chats... I've used mailchimp and constantcontact email marketing in the past this is definitely better

I like the app, easy to use and works well. Customer support is very responsive. Have had a few issues that were tweaked and fixed by the team very quickly when the issue wasn’t their end but in the coding of my theme. Super helpful!! Will possibly upgrade just for a few extra features available.

I'd really like to thank you for the FREE access you've so generously given to store owners like myself. I'd also like to say, it's pretty much the best email app for shopify. I've extensively tried mailchimp, omnisend, seguno, privy, shopify email, cm commerce, mailerlite, jilt....the list goes on. Your's has the most features that I need, and makes the customer journey a bit easier than the next best option which is mailchimp(Mailchimp makes you upgrade to $30 a month to use the visual customer journey builder. I'd like to request/suggest an added feature. Allow users to insert product recommendations block into automated flow emails and/or allow product recommendation emails to be used in the automated flows tab. As a customer, I would even be willing to pay a one time add-on fee of $5 to $10 for a recommended products block to be used in emails, rather than having to insert products that might not apply to email recipients. Anyways, I appreciate your work. Keep rocking.

Great app and very easy to use. It has the customizations a business needs. The customer service is amazing, the documentations/blogs are very helpful, the pricing is fair, I can't say enough good things about them!

Great app. Easy to use and has great options, almost like the best apps on email marketing which can be found. Costumer support is fast and effcient. It has a free plan available for stores that are just starting out. Highly recommend!!
