Great support got set up quick!

****UPDATED REVIEW**** Smile reached out and their response was so kind and adaptable! They worked with me to find a solution and I really appreciated the level of personalized customer service they provided. They actually read my review and approached me with a potential solution to my problem. Also, I'm shocked that they approached me with a solution to my problem within less than 24 hours of my review! We have been using the free version of Smile for our online store for years. I'm super disappointed about the changes to paid for 200 orders. Our in store customers, do not use Smile since it's primarily tourists and we don't have time to deal with customer data when we have long lines. With the current change, I would now need to pay over $200 a month. Our online orders are typically range between 30-100, while we have 2000-5000 a month in store where I don't use a rewards program. I'm now forced to find a different program that's more affordable because I can't imagine paying $1200+ a year for how little we actually use this program.

Smile rewards has been a great addition for my customers for years now. Customer support was also super helpful! We had an issue where the code was disconnected and not showing the launcher. Angie on the CS team responded and fixed it so quickly. Thanks!

I've been a paid customer for several months, and I am facing a bug where a customer keeps referring themselves and generating discount coupons. The backend shows that their coupon was blocked but in reality it isn't. I brought the issue to the support team and they simply replied "you can block the customer" and they didn't provide me with any answer in regard to why it was happening in the first place. No accountability in the loss of revenue that we faced. Unsubscribing and uninstalling this app right away.

Love this app. For a long time, we went without a reward program because, in our search for a rewards partner, all the options were either too expensive or too complicated. Smile is neither, not only is it easy to set up the the user interface is so intuitive that it makes using the app a breeze. The cost is definitely in line with what we would expect to pay for such a great app. Oh and support, phenomenal. I didn't need them for setup and configuration because things just worked. I only had to reach out to them for a workflow question to which they replied super fast. Highly recommend this app.
