Great app! Easy to set up and use, I wish I'd added it sooner! Updated 6/12/2026: I've had this app for about 5 months now and I continue to love it. Customer support is pretty much the best around and it's bringing tons of repeat business into my shop. My customers are happy, I'm happy - Highly recommend. (Special thanks to Lisa, she's been so incredibly helpful!)

I have received nothing but excellent customer service from Lisa at Smile! Their team has been incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable as I’ve learned how to use the app. They have answered my questions, walked me through the process, and made everything so much easier to understand. It’s clear that they truly care about their customers and want them to succeed. I really appreciate the support I’ve received and would definitely recommend Smile to anyone looking for a helpful, reliable app with a great customer service team!

We've been working with Smile since 2022, and it's truly a very easy app to use and get the most out of. If anything gets stuck, their customer service team resolves it very quickly.

Smile.io is incredibly easy to use and very intuitive. Even the free version offers a wide range of great features, and the paid plans are even better with more advanced tools. I expect this app to have a very positive impact on our store's sales and customer loyalty. Highly recommended!

When I got stuck, Lisa jumped in and made everything so easy to understand. Her directions were clear and easy to follow, and she went above and beyond by including screenshots of every step. With the help of smile.io, we managed to integrate Pushowl-Brevo and Jusge.me. Good app and good service. We recommand.
