Easy to use UI and great customer support. I had a few questions upon first installing the app and Lynn cleared up everything for me. Love it so far!

The staff at Smile.io were quick to respond, and a delight to deal with. The plugin itself seems solid, I've been on the free tier for a few months now, but it's never caused any issues and eventually I'd like to upgrade to integrate a review plugin too.

We have been using this app for a couple of years, the functionality is reliable and my customers love getting rewarded with points that they can use on future purchases. Recently had a question for support and although it wasn't an urgent issue, they responded immediately and thoroughly. Would highly recommend.
