The app is very comprehensive and offers a wide range of options and features to choose from. I especially like the email automations that can be set up, as they make managing customer communication much easier than having to go through Klayvjio. Lisa was incredibly helpful and spent several hours walking me through the platform, answering all of my questions in detail. Her support made the onboarding process smooth and easy to understand. Overall, I'm very pleased with the app and the level of customer service provided.

So far the app has been good and I’m really impressed with Shelby and her support. She really helped me with questions I had a went above and beyond.
