Erin was absolutely fantastic! She not only quickly understood the issue I was having but also explained exactly why it was happening in a way that was easy to understand. She walked me through the solution step-by-step, stayed friendly and patient the entire time, and even made sure to confirm everything was working perfectly before wrapping up. Her communication was clear, her expertise was obvious, and her positive attitude made the whole process a breeze. I truly appreciate the extra care she took to ensure I felt confident moving forward. If all support experiences were like this, troubleshooting would never be stressful. Thank you, Erin!

The team at smile go above and beyond in ensuring you are happy with your set up. Shelby and Erin have been amazing over the support chat with any questions or issues we came across when intergrating with other softwares - which was super easy to navigate through with the directions from the team. David has also been a great help, once we installed the app he arranged a google meet to go through all the details we needed and shared with us reccomendations based on our store and targets. I highly recommend using the app it is really simple to manage and the team are on hand always to help with any questions you have.

Customers support is great. The app is a bit complex to use for some clients (to get their points) Generally speaking very happy apart that And it's a great way to have clients coming back. Much better than giving immediate discounts

After reviewing carefully several loyalty program apps, Smile appeared to be the best one for our Shopify store needs. Plenty of options to customize the program and adapt it to our brand, business activity and audience. Sophisticated features but simple to setup and use. No coding or computer knowledge needed. And their customer support is just 5-star service! No silly Ai, but real agents who care. Erin and Lisa have been amazingly patient with us and very helpful. We definitely recommend this app and their staff support.
