I was shopping around for a rewards program for our store and I reached out to Smile with some questions. Their team was super helpful and responsive. Andrea, Lynn, Cole, Shelby and their entire team helped answer any questions I had. Setup was easy too. EDIT: I had some follow up questions and Lynn was super helpful and answered all my questions very quickly!

This app works pretty great. The only complaint that I have is that the starter plan has a really low maximum number of monthly orders, only being 500, but I love it besides that. Also, Shelby - the person I talked to for getting help - was so nice and helpful! It's also a great app if you use Klaviyo :)

This is a quick way to add a robust loyalty program to your store. I love that it will work in store and online! Looking forward to using all the features. I am impressed at how quick it is to install and integrate.

Lisa from support was very quick to respond and fix my issue. Instead of making me wait for technical support Lisa was able to resolve it without me even lifting a finger! Very good service!

Support is unlike any other i've received, very clear help and instructions on how to get out of certain situations, timely replies are a norm on this app which is crucial for success. Great app and easy to use as well.

The customer service is absolutely FANTASTIC! Special thanks to Lisa and Andrea for their kind patience in answering my many questions. I'm giving 4 stars because the starter (paid) plan could offer more "rewards" than it does currently. Also, the interface/navigation is very frustrating. Certain things like the widget are edited via two seprate sections, which can be a nightmare if you're still familiarising yourself with the setup........And there's so many additional options/settings available and you don't know your plan is not entitled to them until you start clicking and try activating them. That, is very frustrating as a user.
