Have needed a hand with a few things and the Team have always helped out super quick on the chat area. As an e-commerce store owner who integrates numerous apps customer service and more importantly the support aspect is vitally important to me when deciding who to trust and use. Honestly, I am just rating my experience with Jade today. My questions were not only answered, they were taken care of and done for me! I am super happy with the support. They answered in chat almost immediately. I love that, and Jade was sooooo helpful and fun, and kind. Great experience!

I installed this app to reward my loyal customers and the same time use it as a way of marketing my website. It works perfectly and makes happy the customers with the rewards they get. Had an issue with the launcher because it wasn't showing on our website. After contacting the customer service via chat, they solved the issue and now everything works fine.

So far we've been happy with it and have had it installed 3.5 years! It just works, we don't have to fumble around with it, and our customers use it (we know because we get emails about it all the time if something isn't working right, they're worried they didn't get their points, etc.)

It's nice I just wish it gave us the option to make a separate page with all of the ways to earn and redeem like in the popup.

The app is easy to use and integrates well with Shopify and Reviews.io. Whenever questions arise, the support team is quick to provide helpful thorough answers. Brandon with the Smile.io support team is great!
