Love Smile! Such an awesome app that rewards my customers without me having to do a thing. Great for customer retention! Had an issue recently with my launcher not showing points and continuously needing my customers to log in. I got in touch with the Smile team and the issue was fixed within minutes. Even got a compliment on my products which was nice! Would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a rewards system for their website!

Smile works great and is easy to use for both customers on the front end and for staff managing it in the back end. Set up is pretty much set and forget but support are fast and helpful when needed.

I was disappointed that they don't have a free plan anymore and find the app still pricey but Smile is good at what they do and it does provide a good value for our customers.
