Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

Smile is easy to set up and their customer support is very efficient and helpful. The app would be the best app for Shopify beginners who are looking for an owner-friendly program to engage customers.

Thanks to Lisa for helping to resolve my issue and give advise on different topics. I believe there are some improvement for Smile required or needs to be done but for now I'm happy with the service as free plan use.

Have only recently implemented this into our business and it has been great! We wish we found Smile sooner. The team at Smile are super helpful and quick to help which has been great as well

Very helpful when I needed assistance to exclude customers from redeeming rewards on items that are already marked down in my shop. I love the ease and flow of this app. Hopefully it will be the same experience for my customers.

I was able to get it up and running with zero issues and that says a lot since I am horrible with technology! Everything has been running smoothly since with no effort from me! AND, my customers love it!

Cant use the app as it Just flashes the screen when trying to view the app , unusable as i cant get past the opening screen

We love having this app as part of the buying experience for our customers. Great way to reward customers and drive/push sales for repeat purchases. Easily see what customers are earning and referring. The sales support staff was excellent in solving some back-end issues we had initially with setup.

Honestly, I am just rating my experience with Jade today. My questions were not only answered, they were taken care of and done for me! I am super happy with the support. They answered in chat almost immediately. I love that, and Jade was sooooo helpful and fun, and kind. Great experience!

Lisa was very responsive and helpful. What wasn't understood, she made it very simple and insightful. very good customer service.

Maria was awesome and quick helping me figure out my issue. Not only did she show me how to fix it, she explained why and how each works......with screenshots and all.
