The app is brilliant and becomes a whole new beast when added a plus store, the customer service provided is second to none, they answer in seconds and go the extra mile to provide support an help. A massive thanks to Joshua who really assisted us when we got stuck

After installation, I reached out to customer service regarding some questions around setup. Not only did I hear back within 5 minutes, but my representative, Joshua, created a video showing me how the program is integrated into my Shopify platform and how the rewards and Shopify accounts are linked. It was great talking to someone immediately and having a personalized explanation to put my mind at ease.

I like that it just kinda does its thing, rewarding my collectors and buyers as they purchase paintings and prints, and allowing them to redeem rewards for gift certificates to spend in the shop. Once it is set up it doesn't need much from me! I appreciate the quick customer service help, too!

Love this app! Our customers actively use it and we have seen an increase in sales due to customers being able to use points on purchases.

Customer service is absolutely the worst! They told us to upgrade to 200$ plan to get the features we wanted, then after the upgrade, it turned out the features were only available on the 600$ plan, tried to downgrade literary 3 days later, been back and foward with customer service to get a refund for almost 2 weeks now, they still didn't refund!!! It is not the first time they are being super shady with billing!!!
We appreciate you taking the time to write in and leave feedback. I sent you a private message so that we can get this all sorted out for you ASAP. I also took a look over your account and can see that you were automatically credited the difference between the plan you were on before and the plan you downgraded to. This credit will be applied to future invoices of your new plan automatically. I also sent a message to our Billing department so that they can see about getting you a refund instead of a credit if that is your preferred method. As for the features, I reached out with further clarification on the features and plans, and a little gift on us, for any confusion. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do. Smile does a phenomenal job of making it seemless to award customers points/rewards for tasks, using integrations such as Jude.me allows for points to be awarded for reviews, which is exactly what we use the platform for. Big shout of to the wizard himself that is Joshua, what a great guy and brilliant customer service, he deserves a wand upgrade (pay rise) if it was up to me! Cheers Joshua, you took a boring ole' question and turned it into a fun response. Keep up the good work, keep doing you and don't stop! Godspeed brother
