Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards

Awesome customer service! Big thanks to Jade for patience in my attempt to transfer my customer rewards from Wix to Shopify, I couldn't understand what I was doing but I was pointed in the right direction. Great app too, looks fab on my new shopify store!

It's great to use, and easy integrate with Shopify POS. However, since we just transferred the POS system from another system to Shopify. The customers who were transferred became guests on the app, so they can't redeem the points they earned in the old system until they make the first purchase with Shopify POS OR create an online account before making any purchase. *The team is working on this issue. Overall, it's still a great app to use, and the customer service was professional and patient.

There is a free option which was a great place for us to start. Once we got a hang of it, it was super easy to use & works great for a small e-commerce

Decent features on the basic plan, but the main selling point is the customer service which is very helpful and responsive.

Great app! Easy to implement and customize referral and loyalty program. The free plan is a good place to start and, once the program gets traction, the monthly fees are affordable. Highly recommend!

Just installed Smile and my customers in the store are already loving the program. I had a few issues with getting the App installed on the POS terminal and worked with Nicole Miles who showed so much patience in working through the issue with me and helped me resolve the Setup issue to my great satisfaction. While I don't think we've spent enough time trying to maximize the benefits of this app, it appears that a good number of our customers are using it to their benefit - and hopefully to ours! Excellent customer service from the support team.
