Smile has been a relatively user-friendly and straight-forward app. More importantly, responsive customer service as that makes all the difference.

So far, Smile's provided a lot of the functionality we need to support a fairly complex loyalty program and their customer service has been great! The only point of improvement I'd call out is that their APIs and dev-facing functionality could be expanded to better support the needs of a mature business.

I used this app to reward our brand community and keep a loyal customer base - our brand really does well for loyal customers so this app really helps to do that. Free plan is more than enough for a small company

It's so cool that I would even make my dog create a loyalty program using the smile platform. Highly recommend it. Especially for the support team, Joshua is a maniac, love him.

Just installed Smile.io which was easy, instructions were easy to follow. Now to see if loyalty actually is a thing ;)

So far so good. We wanted a loyalty program for in-store POS only (for now) and Jade on the chat was SO helpful (we chatted two days in a row, they were super responsive!) to help me get it configured properly - turns out I was close but needing a little support. Haven't used the app yet in our store but from the test transactions I have run, it seems to be working as advertised!

Joshua really did an awesome job! all he does is a video clip and demonstrated where I can get the redeem coupons setup for both POS and online. Straight to the point - Clear, Concise and Effective. Would love all other CS to adopt. Within 5 mins i got my problem solved! Superb Joshua!!!

Excellent program. Very easy to use. By far the BEST customer service! I had a few technical questions and they were answered in a very easy way to understand for someone who isn't too technical. Without prompting they went above and beyond to give me personalised advice on how to make the program even better! Highly recommend. 10/10 and 5 gold stars from me!
