So far so good! We signed up a few days ago and have been working to get our customers using the new system. It's relatively easy to understand and customize, and I've had two sessions with their help team to sort out little confusions on my part.

Great app! and amazing customer service. The app is working great on POS as well and it all works smoothly. I hope someday you will add full Hebrew support and RTL

Installation of the app was quick and easy. I then reached out to support to ensure all was set up correctly and had the pleasure to chat with customer service rep Jade, who was able to review and confirm how everything was set up. Now it's time to see if Smile can make our customers smile.

Today I had the pleasure of having Lisa provide support regarding Smile's integration with Klaviyo. Klaviyo has updated their API situation, and I wasn't sure what needed to be done with Smile. Not only was Lisa's support timely and helpful, she actually did make me smile with her lovely personality. Great way to end the week!

really good loyalty and reward app up there. their free version have many useful features. Joshua is really helpful and gets answer all inquiry promptly and well.

We've been using the app for a while, and as shopify updates this and that, we've run into some issues. The technical support team—Brandon, Lynn, and Angie—helped me understand and fix the issues. I was impressed! The app is awesome—very straightforward and easy to use. Thank you!

I really love this app. Makes creating rewards easy and encourages customers to continue supporting. I love that you can import your own discount codes. Jade was awesome helping me with that!
