I've been using Smile for years across various shops I've worked on on Shopify and love them! Really easy to use from both an admin and customer standpoint and Customer Service is amazing if you ever have questions!

As a small business, using Smile helps us attract and retain customers from all over North America. Customers love using points to get a discount on our supplies and glass! If I have any issues with something that Shopify has changed, I always get a quick response from the support team at Smile.

Good app, good response time to problems. Sometimes rewards are issued as a discount code, and sometimes as a gift card code. Haven't been able to figure out why yet.

I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional support provided by Shelby in helping us resolve a customer's issue with our rewards app. Shelby was quick to respond and offered a clear and helpful solution by suggesting the use of a deep link to our Smile panel. She provided us with the exact link we needed, as well as a guide for additional deep links, which was incredibly valuable. Shelby also took the extra step of checking our Smile account and confirming that everything was set up correctly on our end. Her proactive approach, friendly tone, and thorough response made it easy for us to understand the next steps and effectively assist our customer. Great App. Great support via live-chat. Analytics are not great but we only have the base version. Should still have cxv/xlsx export with base without fancy dashboards. Overall pretty happy with it.
