The app is a huge upgrade from the previous loyalty program we've used for over 6 years and their support has been fantastic for helping with any questions. Happy with the switch to Smile.

This is the easiest app I've found that really makes my customers thrilled, and makes them shop with me more! If you want to increase your customer loyalty, this is the perfect loyalty app program for that!

Our small company had an issue with the fees associated with our Smile program, and even though it was almost 5 pm on a Friday afternoon, their customer service folks jumped right on the case and resolved it quickly, to our great satisfaction. Our customers have been happy with the Smile program and its benefits, so we look forward to continuing our relationship with this service. Thank you!

As always Smile is amazing to work with. Joshua was kind, helpful, professional, and extremely personable. Felt like I was hitting up a buddy for some help and he was more than happy to do all he could. Our customers love our rewards system but I love working with companies who take care of their customers and Smile is definitely that. 2023 Update: Smile is still out here killin' it. Angie helped pull manual reports for us on a weekly basis over a 9-week program we ran. The team truly goes above and beyond - thank you Angie!

Great customer service! Wish there was a little bit more customization available, but it gets the job done for what we need. Customers love seeing their rewards rack up and it was easy to integrate with Shopify.

Was paying a lot of money while using another rewards app. The free version of Smile does exactly the same and more, while providing great value to my customers. Will definitely look into upgrading the app as my business grows. It was very easy to switch to Smile and transfer all my customers. Experienced lovely customer service from Lynn. Very quick and helpful.

Excellent app. You can use redeemable coupons to reward your most loyal customers and your most engaged advocates, you have a point balance system, whose exchange rate with actual currency could be modified at your will. It has been a good way to be close to our customers and to improve our proportional conversion rate.

Why I preferred them to other apps is because this app is a lot less complicated to me and my customers.
