Incredible easy to use platform which has helped us grow our business exponentially! Customer service is also amazing and someone is always happy to help us with our needs or questions. 110% recommend!

The first month using it, pretty far amazing Rewards app. Should be great to have a little customization for free users. Like badge or some like that

Customer service is friendly and quick to respond! Please consider Clover integration so we can use the same loyalty rewards to customers in the store with POS!! Would be great :)

I came across an issue regarding a customer not receiving their rewards points accordingly, and the rep Tess provided me with a very detailed response and helped with troubleshooting the issue efficiently! The issue turned out to be due to the customer and not the app itself! Thank you so much for your support!

I have noticed that Smile application management/support is professional and works really hard to offer good customer service. The application is reliable, relatively easy to use and not very expensive. And, using it can make your brand stand out.

Christian has been so helpful. I’ve talked to him twice since I downloaded this app. I asked tons of questions and he was so patient and friendly, it was shocking. Not something I’m used to and that’s a great thing! I would greatly recommend this for any store.

Smile customer service is AMAZING! They stand by your side and help give you the tool set to ensure your program is a great success. Very easy, user friendly set up! Watch the help videos they provide when creating your program. This helped us tremendously! :)
