Good app and good/fast support. It´s expansive in Gold, but for 49€ it´s good what you get. Try it out

So far so Great! We are very happy so far with Smile and how straight forward and well integrated it is with out site. We have not enabled the app yet so we are unsure of results but the customer support team has been awesome, the app is super slick and is very well designed, and we feel that we have gone with the right app. More to come soon.

The app is great and I would give it 5 stars if it didnt have 1 glitch that they still have not fixed... If you use their referral program, there is NO way to prevent fraud. So that means, customers can create multiple emails and get the referral discount without ever being blocked. So customers are repeatedly using a referral discount on every order without the app stopping it or blocking it. So in the end, you end up losing more money than making money from the referrals. But the rewards portion part works great and has no issues!

The team at Smile were very attentive and helpful in assisting us to get the best out of the app, and enable more benefits for our customers.

Although I just started using the Free Plan the setup was super easy and no coding is required, great!

I have been using them for about 2 years now. Everything has been amazing with them so far. I just wish they had a built in SMS system as I have also been using Fivestars.com. Currently have over 10,000 customers phone numbers with points accumulated but no way of truly integrating all this into one single system.

Eine wirklich sehr gute und umfangreiche App, covert all unsere Ansprüche. Einziger kleiner Punkt, aber da habe ich auch keine Lösung bei den Mitbewerbern gefunden, man kann nur eine Sprache auswählen. Mit einem Mehrsprachigen Shop ist man also nicht so gut bedient. super support, sehr nett und hilfreich.

Awesome that this app is free. High quality and looks not cheap. Easy to set up and everything is shown. It is exactly what we needed, a good loyalty reward system.

Too expensive. Does anyone know a cheaper app? Too expensive for a small business. It's just the service they offer does not correlate to the price.
